Important instructions to be followed while filling/submitting the form

• Registration is valid only if registration fee is paid.
• Registration fee is Rs. 25/- + registration charges levied by the payment gateway.
• In case of twins/triplets, an application specifying the registration number of twin/triplets should be attached with each form.
• Parents must ensure that the information submitted in the form is correct as no changes shall be entertained later.
• In pursuance to the Circular No.F.DE15(   )/PSB/2019/13009-014  dated November 22, 2019, any parents seeking age relaxation in respect of their ward, may approach the school Principal for seeking the exemption through a manual applications for his/her consideration.

d. Regarding documents valid as a proof of residence address (any one of the following)

The Admission Process

For Nursery Admissions
The Criteria for selection of General Category children is in accordance with the guidelines given, i.e., there will be no interviewing or screening of children or their parents. Admissions will be based on the 100 points criteria as per school’s policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. If there is a tie in the points for the last seats to be allotted there will be Random Selection in the form of a Draw of lots to finalise these seats. The list of selected and non-selected candidates will be placed on the public domain showing the points secured.
The whole process will be fair and rational, non-discriminatory, transparent and child-friendly. Admission will be based on the information given and will have to be backed by authentic proofs with documents attached to the form and after verification. Information regarding parents’ professions and educational qualifications will not form a part of the admission criteria. It will be used only for school records. Admission closes on 16^th March 2020 and any further admission is subject to availability of seat and approval by the Directorate of Education.
Important:

• Donations are not accepted.
• Parents should not approach any person for recommendations for admission.
• 25% seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group of Society.

Registration Form may be submitted with Rs. 25/- (cash) along with the relevant documents to the School’s office on any working day between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from Monday, 02.12.2019 to Friday, 27.12.2019.
