ADMISSION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-21 for General Category
Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection.
1. After completing the form, press the "FINISH" button at the bottom of the page.
2. Take a print out of the entire application form duly filled by you.
3. Sign the form and affix a recent photograph of your child.
4. Attach the relevant supporting documents as required (without the supporting documents your form will be rejected).
5. After uploading the registration form successfully, please pay rupees 25/- as registration fee online. You will receive an auto-generated Application form and Acknowledgement Receipt, for your personal record (Please make sure Pop-up blocker is Turned Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt)
6. Submit the entire set of documents (application form and supporting document) to the school office within the permissible date otherwise it will be treated as cancelled. (no forms sent by post or proxy will be entertained).

d. Regarding documents valid as a proof of residence address (any one of the following)

i).Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
ii).Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
iii).Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of parent.

v).Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
e. Self-declaration of Single Parent.
f. School identity card of sibling studying in this school or copy of fee receipt (If any).

The Admission Process
For Nursery Admissions
The Criteria for selection of General Category children is in accordance with the guidelines given, i.e., there will be no interviewing or screening of children or their parents. Admissions will be based on the 100 points criteria as per school’s policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. If there is a tie in the points for the last seats to be allotted there will be Random Selection in the form of a Draw of lots to finalise these seats. The list of selected and non-selected candidates will be placed on the public domain showing the points secured.
The whole process will be fair and rational, non-discriminatory, transparent and child-friendly. Admission will be based on the information given and will have to be backed by authentic proofs with documents attached to the form and after verification. Information regarding parents’ professions and educational qualifications will not form a part of the admission criteria. It will be used only for school records. Admission closes on 16th March 2020 and any further admission is subject to availability of seat and approval by the Directorate of Education.
Important:
Registration Form may be submitted with Rs. 25/- (cash) along with the relevant documents to the School’s office on any working day between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from Monday, 02.12.2019 to Friday, 27.12.2019.
