Please note that registrations are open only for Pre-School (Age 3-4 yrs)


Important :
1. You are advised to fill in online form.
2. Online Registration Forms will be available at the school website from 29.11.2019 (Friday) to 27.12.2019 (Friday). The last date for receiving all forms is 27.12.2019 (Friday).
3. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
4. Submit the details and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
5. Completed Registration Form needs to be submitted online latest by 27.12.2019 (Friday).
6. Total number of seats available is 160. (which includes EWS/DG Category -40)
7. Children whose birth date falls between 1^st  April 2016 and 31^st  March 2017 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2020-21.
8. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
9. Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring hard copies of the pre-filled and signed online Registration Form along with the self-attested photocopies of the original documents as supporting evidence; on the day of verification. Submission of incorrect data may lead to cancellation of place on the list.

Online Registration for Pre-School (Nursery)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Important: Applicant parents are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

1. Online Registration starts from 29.11.2019 to 27.12.2019 for General Category.

3. The Registration Forms of only those children will be considered for admission who have completed minimum 3 years of age and less than 4 years i.e., child must have born between 01-04-2016 to 31-03-2017. (Both dates are included.)

7. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
8. Those who will make the cut off list for the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted documents. Please bring original documents as supporting evidence of the filed-in data on the day of verification.
9. Parents will be solely responsible for the correctness of the Information submitted by them online in the registration form.
10. Mere submission of registration form online does not guarantee the admission will be done through points system and draw of lots (if required) as per number of seats available.
11. If the number of applications received for admission to class Pre-School is more than the number of vacancies available, the vacancies will be filled through draw of lots.

1. Neighbourhood - Localities and areas will be considered on the basis of aerial distance.
2. Siblings - Only real brother or sister of existing students of the school (VGS) will be considered. No extra points for girl child will be given in case of sibling. No extra points for third sibling. 
3. First Child:- Affidavit duly signed by both the parents (Affidavit to be submitted at the time admission only, in case the child is selected).

You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.

2. The admission process would be as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Education from time to time. (Please refer to the disclaimer).
3. Total number of seats in Pre School 196. [General category-108, EWS/DG – 49, Management Quota-39].
4. The minimum age required for registration is 3 years  and the maximum is less than 4 years as 31st March, 2020. (Children born between 01.4.2016 to 31.3.2017 -both dated inclusive, are eligible for admission in Pre-School).
5. Registration forms will be available online from Nov 29, 2019 onwards till Dec 27, 2019. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- as instructed. You will receive an acknowledgement mail with registration number and online payment details.
6. Registration forms can also be collected from the School Gate & submitted to school w.e.f. November 29, 2019 till Dec 27, 2019 between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon, except for Second Saturdays and holidays.
7. No supporting documents are to be submitted along with the Registration Form as the same are to submitted at the time of verification only in case the child is selected.
8. Verification of original documents supporting the information given in the registration form will be done only for applicants whose names would appear in the first or the second list, to be displayed on Jan 24, 2020 and Feb 12, 2020 (if required, in case seats are not filled by first the draw).

Registrations for General Category

Registration Forms shall be available from 29^th November 2019 (Friday) at the School during school working hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) on all working days or On-line registration can be done on School website www.ppischool.com.

Rs. 25/- (Non-refundable) will be charged as Admission registration fee. Duly filled form should be submitted at the school by 27^th December 2019 (Friday), during school working hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Important :

The online applicants are required to submit the admission registration fee (INR 25) and self-attested copy of the below mentioned documents at the school by 27^th December 2019 (within school working hours, i.e. between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM), otherwise the registration shall be considered as invalid.

For claiming points of sibling, it is mandatory to fill up the details of the sibling in the registration form.
