Admission Procedure

tep 1: Online Registration

• Please enter the details on the form online. Note down the registration number and password for future correspondence and follow up

Step 2 : Online Payment

• Use a Credit/Debit Card only to make the payment online for the processing fee.

Step 3: Printing the completed form

• Take a Print out of the completed application form along with the online transaction details for documentation.
• Affix recent coloured passport size photograph at the designated place on the form and sign it. Please write the registration number and the name at the back of the photograph before affixing.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.

Step 4: Submission of the form at the School

• Bring the completed application along with a copy of proof of residence and an attested copy of the child’s birth certificate (Self attested) on the date of submission of form to the school and report to the venue mentioned on the application form. The child is not required to come to the school on the date of submission of forms.
• Forms will be strictly accepted only through the parents, on the date of submission.
• Parents are requested to cater for a time span of at least an hour to complete the mandatory formalities on the first visit to the school.

• Date of interaction for short listed candidates will be given online
• Both the parents need to attend the interaction

 Process of selection:

 

• The selection of Non-CRPF wards will be on the basis of criteria of admission approved by the CRPF Managing Committee.
• The school will scrutinize the registration forms to verify the details and other particulars filled up by the parents or guardian.
• The school will not conduct any interview of the child or the parent. However, the school may call parents/guardian with the purpose to ascertain the veracity or correctness of the documents/details.  Parents/Guardian will be communicated accordingly if required in advance.
• There will be no overall lottery system to select/short list a child for admission. However, a draw of lots may be adopted, as per the norms, in case there is a tie amongst the applicants for identical points.

 

Attested photocopies of the documents to be enclosed with the Registration Forms :

2. Documents as proof of residence (anyone) :

❖ IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
• The age of the applicant should be Four years as on 31st March,2020
i.e a child born between 01/04/2015 to 31/03/2016.
• The forms will available at the school reception. Timings: 9:00 a.m.to
1:00 p.m from Friday, 29th November,2019 to Friday, 27th
December,2019 (8:00 a.m. to upto 4:00 p.m. only on 27
th
December,2019.
• Incomplete Forms will be rejected.
• Admission will be confirmed subject to verification of required
information / documents.
• Distance to school will be calculated as per distance and area table.
The areas / localities / colonies within the range of the school are
mentioned in the distance and area table-Annexure-I.

5. If belongs to SC, ST, OBC-self attested photocopy of the certificate.
6. Sibling Proof – self Attested photocopy of latest fee slip of real brother/sisterr
studying in the school.
