REGISTRATION FOR PRE-SCHOOL (2020-2021)

Parents/Guardian are expected to read the following information before filling the form:

1. Total Seats are: 80 Open Seats are 70 (Normally 40 seats for male and 40 seats for female)
2. Age: The child should be less than 4 years as on 31^st March, 2020 year in which admission is sought.
3. No Reservation for EWS category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi on Minority Institution.
4. Only Practicing Roman Catholic candidates registered under Prasad Nagar Zone will have preference in admission. Next preference will be given to other Practicing Christian denomination candidates within 0 to 5 km distance from the school. For all Christian denominations including Catholics both the Parents should be practicing Christians to avail the points under Christian category. The remaining seats if any will be for the general category based on the criteria given below:

                   a) Christian Minority : 30 points
                    b) Neighborhood policy                   : 30 points (All distance by road from the school)

10. School will not provide any transport facility to the students, it is the responsibility of the Parents to arrange safe transport facility to the ward.

11. Every year to meet the standard establishment cost, the school fees may go up to 10% to 15%.

12. Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to the Parents and the school may take legal action and will not compromise with such applicants.

13. Seat Distribution

The distribution of seats is as follows:

Free Ship Quota (E.W.S.)	25% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to EWS category/Disadvantaged Group/Orphan who are eligible as per conditions laid down in Govt. Notification No.15(172)/DE/Act/2010/69 dated 07.01.2011 and subsequent orders.	50
Reserved seats Management Quota	20% of the seats reserved for allotment by the Management of the school. The seats shall be allotted and filled as per the discretion of the management of the school.	40
General Seats	The seats which are not covered under categories as above shall be filled on 100 point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of caste/region/religion etc.	110

List of documents required for Nursery Admission 2020-21

(General category)

1. Proof of Residence required.(Self Attested)

• Copy of a Passport in the name of any parent.

                                 OR

• Voter Id (EPIC) of any of the parent.

2. Self attested copy of Birth Certificate.

• Name of the child must be endorsed in the birth certificate duly counter signed by the Registrar of Birth.

3. Original Medical Fitness Certificate.

• A medical Fitness Certificate declaring that the ward is physically/mentally fit to join the School which should be duly signed by the Doctor along with the stamp and with his registration number.

4. In case of Sibling.

• Photocopy of the fee receipt of last quarter (paid).

                                             OR

• Identity card of the student studying issued by the school.

5. In case of First born.

• Self Attested Declaration duly signed by both the parents.

6. Copy of Aadhar Card of Parent (Mandatory). 

• Duly Self Attested.

7. Copy of Aadhar Card of the child applying for (Mandatory).

• Duly Self Attested by both the parents.

8. Visiting/Business Card of Parents.
