Important Information as per Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/12671-81 dated 13/11/2019.

1. Age Limit (a) For admission to Pre School (Nursery) the minimum age for admission shall be three years as on 31st March 2020. (b) Vide order dated 18/12/2015, the Directorate has fixed the upper age limit for admission in Nursery, which is less than 04 years as on 31st March 2020. (c) Age relaxation of 30 days may be granted only at the level of head of schools in the minimum and maximum age limit vide DOE circular no. DE15/PSB/2019/13009-014 dated 22/11/19. Please approach the school Front Desk for details. 2. Valid documents as proof of address: (a) Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child) (b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/ her parents (c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents (d) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ water bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child (e) Aadhaar card/ UID card issued in the name of any of the parents Unregistered Rent Agreement will not be accepted as valid proof of residence. Points for neighbourhood will be allowed as per information furnished in the application form and the supportive documents submitted alongwith. No change will be allowed thereafter.

7. Proof of Alumni of SLS DAV Public School, Mausam Vihar, Delhi: Photocopy of Class XII certificate.
8. Medical fitness certificate/vaccination /immunization card of the child issued by Medical Officer.

2. Form can be filled only once by given email ID
3. Only the registration forms paid with Rs. 25/- registration fee will be considered for further admission process.
4. Printout of the online filled form, duly signed by both the parents, must be submitted at school reception, along with supporting documents and passport size photographs( mother, father and child)
5. Last date for filling and submission of registration form is 27/12/2019(Friday)

Rs 25/- (nonrefundable) only. The last date for submission of the printout of the confirmation
form, generated after registering online, is 27 December 2019 at the School Gate No 1.

 No prospectus will be sold.
 There will be no weightage for parents’ educational qualification, occupation
or financial status.
 Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
 Schoolwill not be responsible for non-receipt of Confirmation form sentby post.
 Pleasedonotfillmorethanoneform,elsethechild’scandidaturewillgetcancelled.
 The schoolwill not entertain any request forthe corrections in the entries made by
the parents in the online form.
 Admission process to be over in all respects by 16 March 2020.
