2. Please submit attested copies of the following documents along with the form:
   (i) Copy of the Birth Certificate (Self Attested)
   (ii) Medical Fitness/Inoculation Certificate by a doctor (in original)
   (iii) Child's Aadhar Card(self-attested)
   (iv) Proof of residence (Aadhar card / Rent Agreement / License/ Voters ID/ Passport/ Electricity / Gas / MTNL Bill) issued in the name of one of the parents.
   (v) Proof of transfer, if any,(In case the parents have been transferred in the last academic session)
3. In case of admission to Class II or above, please also enclose:
   (i) Photocopies of the last year Progress Report Card
   (ii)Transfer certificate from the previous school (original)
   (iii) SC/ST/OBC Certificate( If applicable)
4. Sibling Proof: Latest fee receipt/copy of ID Card of the sibling studying in the school.
5. The school buses ply on the specific routes only.

3	Sibling: Identity card/Fee receipt of sibling studying in STS, Dwarka. For First Born: Affidavit with regard to the first born child.
4	Medical fitness certificate of the child duly attested by certified MBBS doctor.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection of the applicant will be according to the points system as per the stated admission parameters mentioned above.
For all the applicants, points will be calculated and the first list will be prepared for 120 applicants (General Category), followed by the waiting list of 120 applicants.

Sakshi can you guide me with good schools in.paschim Vihar and pitampura which take kg admission? Also does bbps take pupils in kg? My son is born in jul 2015
