Criteria EWS & DG Seats Apply online on the site of Directorate of Education General Category School Specific Parameters A) Criteria for Selection: Admissions shall be made on point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of Caste/Religion/Region etc. The points shall be distributed as per the following neighborhood and sibling parameters: Neighbourhood: 70 points 0 to 8 kms:                                   70 points Above 8 kms:                                60 points Siblings studying in same school: 30 points Total:                                            100 points B) Process of Admission within Neighbourhood: The school shall first segregate the applications having residence within the first neighbourhood range of 0-8 km. Out of the total applications from the first neighbourhood range of 0-8 km, the school shall first give admission to all siblings. If the applications of sibling category within 0-8 km are less than the seats of General Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling’s applications, the school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighbourhood range 0-8 km. In case the total applications of 0-8 kms is less than the number of seats of General Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 0-8 km, the applications from the distance range of above 8 kms shall be considered in the above manner. 3. Age Limit For admission in the Pre-school(Nursery), Pre-Primary(KG) and Class-1, the minimum age for admission in this class shall be three years, four years and five years respectively by 31st March 2020 for admission in academic session 2020-21. For admission in the Pre-school (Nursery), Pre-Primary (KG) and Class-1, the upper age limit is less than 04 years,05 years,06 years respectively as on 31st March 2020 for admission in academic session 2020-21. 4. Registration: Availability of Registration Form A. Admission counter at the school reception: The candidates can register their names at the admission counter of the school on all working days from 29th November, 2019 to 27th December, 2019 between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.   B. School Website, www.ShreeRam.in. : Registration form is also available on the school websiteand same can be downloaded. The filled in form along with the required documents and a registration fee of Rs. 25/- needs to be deposited at the school counter as per the schedule given below. The filled in forms should be deposited in the office of the school up to 27th December, 2019, till 1:00 p.m. on all working days. The filled in application form should contain self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the Government order. 5. • E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.
• Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use
• Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents)
• Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 100KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.

6. ADMISSION
The admission shall be made to eligible candidates without any discrimination of caste /
religion / region etc. by the Admission Committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal

Procedure For Admission To Pre School For Session 2020-21

• Read the procedure, schedule for admission and neighborhood criteria carefully.
• Application Form will be available from 29.11.2019 (Friday).
• Fill up the Application Form and ensure that all the columns are complete. Incomplete form will not be accepted. Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on Submit as no corrections will be allowed later.
• Proceed for payment of Registration fee of  25/-.
• After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste required photographs.
• It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person.
• Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:
  a. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
  b. Proof of residence address-passport/lease deed/latest paid electricity, water or telephone bill/Election I-card/Aadhaar Card issued in the name of the parent. In case of rental accommodation, the rent agreement.
  c. In case of sibling applicants, the copy of the school Identity Card / latest fee slips of the sibling studying in the school.
  d. In case of school staff applicants, the copy of the School I-card of father / mother.
• Submit the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and collect the receipt of submission.
• In case parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Helpdesk in the school and get assistance.
• Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification.
• The Application Form can be submitted on any working day from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

2. Any one of the documents mentioned below, shall be considered as proof of
