1. Please, Login For Online Registration.
2. For the Online Registration form, you need to register & activate an account with us through a valid Email Id. Click the "Generate Code" Button after entering your E-mail ID to register.
3. Once you register with us, you will receive an Email from School "Registration: D.A.V. R.B. Enclave Public School " from where you can have your password for the login account.
4. After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the login password.
5. Now you can login via your Email id and password (provided by the School).
6. If you receive a confirmation call from the school for admission, please bring the print out of the "Registration Form" along with all the applicable documents.

8. Eligible Age : 3+ as on 31-03-2020.
9. Fill the form in capital letters only.
10. In the case of a single parent, the phone no. of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.

13. Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount

15. Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
16. Documents required along with the Registration Form.

• Proof of Residence (Aadhar card/Ration Card/Electricity/MTNL bill/ VoterID/ Passport).

Admission  Schedule  for  the Session (2020-21)

For Entry Level Classes  (below  six years of age ) for  open seats

The registration for  entry-level  classes [below six years of age] for open seats will commence from November 29 ,2019.

Registration can be done both online and offline .

Age  criteria  is  as  under :

For Pre -School	Less than 04  years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission  is  sought.
For Pre- Primary	Less  than 05 years  as  on  31st  March  of  the  year  in which  the  admission  is  sought.
For Class – 1	Less  than 06  years as  on  31st March  of  the  year  in  which  the admission  is  sought.

For  Online Registration

A  printed  copy  of  the  online   submitted  form   alongwith  Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable Registration Fee]  and  self  attested  copy  of  Date  of  Birth certificate of  the  child issued  by MCD  will  be  submitted  in  the  school office.

For  offline  Registration

Registration  form, available  in school  office   alongwith  Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable Registration Fee]  will  be  submitted  in  the  school  office.

Documents  submitted  at  the  time  of Admission:
Some  of the indicative  documents which can be  considered as proof  of residence of parent/child:

1. Ration card/Smart Card  issued  in  the  name  of  parents (Mother/Father having name of   child.
2. Domestic certificate  of child  or  of his/her parents.
3. Voter I-Card (EPIC)  of any parents.
4. Electricity bill/MTNL  telephone bill/Water bill/Passport  in the  name  of any  of  the   parents or child.
5. Aadhar Card/UID  card  issued  in  the  name  of  any of the parents.

 

• Birth certificate  issued  by  the  MCD  or  any  competent  authority.
• School Leaving  certificate
• Medical certificate [in case of children with  special disability or specific illness]
• Certificate  of OBC /ST/SC/ issued  by  the  competent  authority.
