ADMISSION FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-21 for General Category

Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection.

1. After completing the form, press the "FINISH" button at the bottom of the page.
2. Take a print out of the entire application form duly filled by you.
3. Sign the form and affix a recent photograph of your child.
4. Attach the relevant supporting documents as required (without the supporting documents your form will be rejected).
5. After uploading the registration form successfully, please pay rupees 25/- as registration fee online. You will receive an auto-generated Application form and Acknowledgement Receipt, for your personal record (Please make sure Pop-up blocker is Turned Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt)
6. Submit the entire set of documents (application form and supporting document) to the school office within the permissible date otherwise it will be treated as cancelled. (no forms sent by post or proxy will be entertained).

a. 75% of the seats will be filled against General category and separate 100 points scale will be calculated on the similar guidelines as stated below.

11. Required Documents for General Category
a. Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
b. Aadhaar Card of the child
c. SC/ST/OBC certificate (If Applicable)
d. Regarding documents valid as a proof of residence address (any one of the following)

Some of the indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child (anyone)
i).Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
ii).Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
iii).Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of parent.
iv).Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of parents of child.
v).Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents.

e. Self-declaration of Single Parent.
f. School identity card of sibling studying in this school or copy of fee receipt (If any).
g. Passport size photograph of the child and parents.
h. Special need/ disability certificate issued by competent authority (If any).

Guidelines and procedure to fill the Application Form

General Instructions :-

1. 1. Kindly read all instructions carefully before filling the Admission Form.
   2. Refer to the detailed instructions given under criteria carefully below:The Criteria for admission under open seats as per DOE norms for private unaided recognized school as follows:

1. A valid personal e-mail id and mobile number of the parents are required for the communication.
2. Online ONE form per candidate is to be submitted.
3. Fill the complete details in the form online and submit it online after paying Registration Fee of ₹25/- through Paytm.
4. You must have the following documents with you at the time of applying for online admission, as these need to be uploaded with the Admission Form:
   1. Soft copy of color photographs (not more than 3months old). The photo must be less than 400KB and maximum 600 pixels.
      1. Candidate
      2. Candidate’sFather
      3. Candidate’sMother
   2. Scanned copy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate of the candidate (Size : Less than 2 MB)
   3. Residential Proof. (Size :Less than 2 MB)
   4. Copy of latest paid fee bill of the sibling, if studying in Vishal Bharti Public School (No information of cousin is allowed) (Size : Less than 1 MB)
5. It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*) in red. In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).
6. Fill in the particulars of the child (name, parents’ names and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No kind of rectifications will be made after the Admission form is submitted.
7. Children born between 1^st April 2016 – 31^st March 2017 are eligible for Admission for the academic session 2020-2021
8. Complete information of both parents is to be provided.
9. Incomplete Admission forms or those with incorrect information will automatically be rejected.
10. Forms submitted via fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
11. Submitting the form does not guarantee admission.
12. After completing the form, click on “Submit” button. If your Admission Form is successfully uploaded the system will generate a Application No. which you must use in all further correspondence. Please take a print out of the filled in Admission Form for your reference.
13. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a candidate.
