Procedure For Admission To Pre School For Session 2020-21

• Read the procedure, schedule for admission and neighborhood criteria carefully.
• Application Form will be available from 29.11.2019 (Friday).
• Fill up the Application Form and ensure that all the columns are complete. Incomplete form will not be accepted. Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on Submit as no corrections will be allowed later.
• Proceed for payment of Registration fee of  25/-.
• After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste required photographs.
• It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person.
• Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:
  a. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
  b. Proof of residence address-passport/lease deed/latest paid electricity, water or telephone bill/Election I-card/Aadhaar Card issued in the name of the parent. In case of rental accommodation, the rent agreement.
  c. In case of sibling applicants, the copy of the school Identity Card / latest fee slips of the sibling studying in the school.
  d. In case of school staff applicants, the copy of the School I-card of father / mother.
• Submit the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and collect the receipt of submission.
• In case parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Helpdesk in the school and get assistance.

The Registration for students of Pre-School class for the Academic Session 2020-2021 will
begin from 29th November, 2019 to 27th December, 2019. Registration will be done online
through school’s website www.khms.ac.in. by clicking Pre School Admission Button or through

The age criteria for Pre-School admission is 3+ as on 31st March, 2020 (Child born between
1.4.2016 and 31.3.2017). The payment will be made through ONLINE only. A printed copy of
the online submitted form alongwith self attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child
(issued by MCD), be submitted at school reception/Drop Box latest by 27th December, 2019.
List of Selected Candidates and Waiting List can be checked only on the School’s website on
24th January, 2020. 2nd Waiting list (if any) by 12th February, 2020.

Campuscare Login and take a print out of the same along with the required self
attested documents to be submitted to the School Office on all working days
between 8.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 29.11.2019 to 27.12.2019.
6. Attach a self-attested photocopy of the following documents with the
Application Form:
a) Birth certificate of the Child with child’s name (MCD, NDMC,
Panchayat Etc.).
b) Baptism certificate and a letter from the respective Parish Priest / Pastor
testifying to the membership of their Parish in case of Catholic/
Christian candidates.
c) Proof of Residence (Any one of the following documents):

1. New admissions are given only to the Nursery classes at Junior section in R.K.
Puram Sector XII. Admission to other classes usually in the month of March, depends
on vacancies available.
2. Parents/Guardians are asked to fill the Admission form with utmost accuracy. No
subsequent changes will be permitted. Signatures of both parents must be given on the
admission form, and either signature will be valid for all transactions while the
candidate continues to be in H.C. Auxilium School. The signing of the admission form
establishes an undertaking by the parents that they will abide by the rules governing
the school, as contained in the school prospectus or amended later.
3. At the time of admission, the Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal
Corporation along with the photocopy should be produced and no affidavits will be
accepted. Catholic students must produce Baptism certificate, membership card of
their respective parish and a letter from the parish priest. The date of birth once
registered will not be altered.
4. Students coming from a recognized school are required to bring a Transfer
Certificate from the school last attended and also the Mark sheet of the last
examination. Transfer certificate from a school outside Delhi must be countersigned
by the Education Officer of the District concerned.
5. New pupils must be introduced to the principal by their parents or guardians who
will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and fees.
6. The school does not charge capitation fees, offers of donations or bringing
innuendoes to bear on the management with a view to gain admissions.
8. The Principal is the final authority in all matters of admission of individual students
in the school.
9. One may consider herself admitted only after payment of all fees required at the time
of admission. Subsequent withdrawal, or non-attendance on the required day will mean
the cancellation of the admission and no refund will be considered.
