Registration Process

• The forms can be filled online & may also be obtained from the school reception at a payment of Rs.25/- as registration charges.
• Kindly ensure that you collect receipt & acknowledgement for the registration form & fee paid.
• li>Registration Forms enclosed with the listed documents to be submitted at the reception within the stipulated dates.
• Incomplete registration form will be rejected.

List of Documents to be enclosed with the Registration Form

• Recent coloured passport size photograph of the Child, mother and father duly pasted on the form in the space provided.
• Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
• Self Attested Residence Proof and photo ID of the Parent (Voter Identity card and Aadhar Card) of parent and the child also.
• Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card of the child & his/her Parents.
• Domicile Certificate of the child or of his/her Parents.
• Self attested copy of Id-Card or latest Fee Receipt of BCS Sibling

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form

• Parents should read the instruction carefully before filling in the Registration Form to avoid rejection.
• In case of Offline Application, the form should be filled by the parent in their own handwriting using Blue /Black Colour Pen. Fill up the required information in Capital Letters.
• Parent should fill in each entry of the form and should write NA for those entries which are not applicable. Kindly do not leave any entry blank.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted / entertained. No amendment in the entries in Registration Form will be acceptable.
• Please enclose the required Attested / Self Attested documents along with the Registration Form as per mentioned list. Tick enclosed document in the list and fill the number of total enclosed documents.
• Parents may attach extra sheet of paper as annexure (if required).

• Filling and submission of the Registration Form does not confirm and guarantee candidate's Admission to the school.
• Discrepancy in information in Registration Form & Documents provided at the time of Admission will lend to rejection of application for admission.

Admission Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for admission to Class I, the child should have completed 6 years on 30.09.2020 (the academic year in which admission is sought.)

2. Seats will be equally divided between girls and boys.

3. Seats are also reserved for children with Special needs & for children from economically challenged backgrounds.
    

Admission Criteria:

1. Neighborhood (45 points, staggered)

2. Minority (20 points, staggered)

3. Sibling (15 points)

4. Alumni (10 points)

5. Staff wards (10 points)

 

Availability of Registration Form for the academic year 2020-2021:

The registration form will be available for the entry-level from 29.11.2019 to 27.12.2019 at the school office between
8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Duly filled in application forms along with the photocopies of relevant documents should be submitted to the school office before 27.12.2019. No form will be accepted after 27.12.2019. First cut of list will be displayed on 24.01.2020 on the school notice board.

 

School Prospectus is available for Rs 250/-. There is no compulsion to buy a prospectus. The cost of registration form under the general category is Rs 25/-.

Santa Maria Integrated Learning Environment
Santa Maria is an un-aided Christian minority institution that is
well known for its inclusive policies and practices. It is a preprimary, co-educational school where every class has children
with special needs or who are financially challenged. Parent
need to be aware of the above before seeking admission to the
school.

Admission Criteria

Age Eligibility: Child should be born between –
Nursery : 1st October 2016 – 30th September 2017
KG : 1st October 2015 – 30th September 2016
Prep : 1
st October 2014 – 30th September 2015
No private transport: Since the school does not have a wide
road in front of it children are not allowed to walk or use
private transport to school. All children have to use the
school bus. The school has a set bus route.
Seats are equally divided between girls and boys to enable
a 50:50 ratio.

Admission Procedure:.

Registration forms will be available from 29th

November 2019 at school and online. Last day to
submit the filled forms is 27
th December, 2019.
2. Filled in registration forms along with photocopies of
relevant documents will be accepted at the school office
between 8.30 am to 12.00 am till 27
th December,
2019.
3. School Prospectus is available for Rs 250/-. There is no

form without the Prospectus is Rs 25/-(nonrefundable).
4. Documents to be attached along with the registration

a) Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector’s ID
card/Passport/Electricity bill/Telephone

produce relevant/supporting documents.
Staggered points are given to children from the
minority community.
5.First list of selected children (including waiting list)
will be out on 24th January, 2020.
6.Resolution of queries of parents in the first list will
be done from 27th January to 3rd February 2020.
7.Second list of selected children (including waiting list)
will be out on 12th February, 2020.
8.Resolution of queries of parents in the second list will
be done from 13th February to 19th February 2020.
9.Subsequent list of admission, if any will be out on 6th
March, 2020. Admission process will be closed on 16th
March 2020.
10. Registration form should be filled and submitted with
relevant documents.
11. Application forms with incomplete or false
information will be rejected
12. Proof of residence will be verified.
