CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO PRE- SCHOOL (Nursery)
1. Holy Child Auxilium School, New Delhi is an English medium Catholic School
for Girls conducted by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. It is an unaided
Christian minority Institution open to children of all communities with a special
responsibility for the education of Christian students.
2. Only girls born between 1.04.2015 and 31.03. 2016 are eligible for admission to
Pre-Primary.
3. Points shall be made on the basis of the following Parameters/ Criteria:

4. The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or
false information.
5. Application Form will be available on the School website (hcauxilium.co.in)
from 15.12.2018 to 01.01.2019. Take a printout of the Application Form
available on the School Website on an A-4 size white sheet of paper. Use black
ink only for printout. Filled in Application Form along with photocopies of
relevant documents will be accepted at the School Office on all working days
between 8.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 15.12.2018 to 07.01.2019.
6. Attach a self-attested photocopy of the following documents with the
Application Form:
a) Birth certificate of the Child with child’s name (MCD, NDMC,
Panchayat Etc.).
b) Baptism certificate and a letter from the respective Parish Priest /
Pastor testifying to the membership of their Parish in case of Catholic/
Christian candidates.
c) Proof of Residence (Any one of the following documents):
i. Ration card issued in the name of the parents
ii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) / Aadhaar Card/UID Card of any of the
parents
iii. Electricity bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill
iv. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
(Rent Deed will not be considered as proof of residence.)
d) Proof of Sibling (School Identity card 2018 -19 or Terminal
examination report of 2017).
e) Proof of Alumna (Alumna Identity Card & CBSE Certificate of Class
X & XII )
7. Original Documents are to be presented for verification at the time of
admission.

H.C. Auxilium – R.K. Puram (Nursery – V )
And Vasant Vihar – New Delhi ( VI – XII)
1. New admissions are given only to the Nursery classes at Junior section in R.K.
Puram Sector XII. Admission to other classes usually in the month of March,
depends on vacancies available.
2. Parents/Guardians are asked to fill the Admission form with utmost accuracy. No
subsequent changes will be permitted. Signatures of both parents must be given on
the admission form, and either signature will be valid for all transactions while the
candidate continues to be in H.C. Auxilium School. The signing of the admission
form establishes an undertaking by the parents that they will abide by the rules
governing the school, as contained in the school prospectus or amended later.
3. At the time of admission, the Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal
Corporation along with the photocopy should be produced and no affidavits will be
accepted. Catholic students must produce Baptism certificate, membership card of
their respective parish and a letter from the parish priest. The date of birth once
registered will not be altered.
4. Students coming from a recognized school are required to bring a Transfer
Certificate from the school last attended and also the Mark sheet of the last
examination. Transfer certificate from a school outside Delhi must be countersigned
by the Education Officer of the District concerned.
5. New pupils must be introduced to the principal by their parents or guardians who
will be responsible for their regularity, conduct and fees.
6. The school does not charge capitation fees, offers of donations or bringing
innuendoes to bear on the management with a view to gain admissions.
8. The Principal is the final authority in all matters of admission of individual
students in the school.
9. One may consider herself admitted only after payment of all fees required at the
time of admission. Subsequent withdrawal, or non-attendance on the required day
will mean the cancellation of the admission and no refund will be considered.

Dear Moderator
Out of Bal Bharti pitampura , Heritage Rohini and DPS Rohini which is the best school if we take into consideration all the following criterion or can you rank these 3 schools first , second and third based on following

1. Teacher - Student Ratio
2. Infrastructure
3. Focus on extra curricular activities
4. Burden/Pressure on kids for exam and homework
5 Quality of teachers and course content

Heritage Rohini is New Age School and Other both are Traditional Schools.

Its like comparing Apple and oranges.

Teacher - Student Ratio/Focus on extra curricular activities/Burden/Pressure on kids for exam and homework ( Heritage would score above others).

Heritage follows method of alternative leaning, no exams till 7th Class.

If you can relate with ideology, it a good and sought after school.

Rest DPS Rohini >Bal Bharti Pitampura.( Quality of teachers and course content).

Infrastructure you need to visit the schools and Gauge yourself. As some schools might score over others in different aspects.

It;s quite tough as some New age schools like Heritage don't have exam till 7th Grade and they cannot compete with DPS children studying in Grade 7th due to focus on academics.

1. The Application Form is available free of cost at the school reception from 30 am to 1.00 p.m. & on the school website round the clock. The same can be downloaded from the school website (www.thesovereignschool.com) and an amount of Rs. 25/- can be paid at the time of Registration.
2. The child should be minimum of 3 years for admission to Pre-School and minimum of 4 years for admission to Pre-Primary and minimum of 5 years for admission to I as on 31^st March, 2019. (according to DOE norms)

 

3. Duly filled in Application Form should be submitted at the school Reception on or before 7^th January, 2019.
4. The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the Application Form.
5. Duly attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.
6. First list of General candidates will be displayed on the school website (thesovereignschool.com) as well as school notice board on 04-02-2019.
7. The Application Form submitted at the school reception does not entitle the candidate for admission in school unless the candidate’s name is present in the Selected Candidates List.
8. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. Kindly avoid any kind of cutting, fluid markings and over-writing in the form.
