                  Process of selection:

• The selection of Non-CRPF wards will be on the basis of criteria of admission approved by the CRPF Managing Committee.
• The school will scrutinize the registration forms to verify the details and other particulars filled up by the parents or guardian.
• The school will not conduct any interview of the child or the parent. However, the school may call parents/guardian with the purpose to ascertain the veracity or correctness of the documents/details.  Parents/Guardian will be communicated accordingly if required in advance.
• There will be no overall lottery system to select/short list a child for admission. However, a draw of lots may be adopted, as per the norms, in case there is a tie amongst the applicants.

 

Attested photocopies of the documents to be enclosed with the Registration Forms :

 In case of incomplete form, incorrect/false information/document, the form is liable to be   rejected.

INFORMATION REGARDING PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) REGISTRATION 2019-2020.

Date for online registration for Nursery admission up to 7^th January 2019, till 1:00 PM.

Kindly note Parents are requested to submit the registration form with Pay Order of Rs.25 Only till 17^th January 2019, till 1:00 PM. in the school.

A printed copy of the online submitted form, along with a Pay Order of Rs. 25/- (In favour of "RAMJAS SCHOOL, ANAND PARVAT, Delhi") as Registration Fees (Please mention Child’s Name, Father’s Name and Mobile Number on the backside of the Draft), together with a self attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child issued by MCD, proof of residence and other documents etc handed over in school office 1:00 p.m latest by 7^th January 2019.

• Birth Certificate. [Photocopy]
• Proof of Sibling (Report Card / ID Card / Fee Slip of the Current Sibling). [Photocopy]
• Proof of Alumni (Class XII only). [Photocopy]
• Proof of Residence (Ration Card / Voter Card / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Passport). [Photocopy]
• Proof of Employee of Ramjas School, Anand Parvat. [Photocopy]
• Affidavit Certifying the first born child. [Original]
• Aadhaar Card Of Child. [Photocopy]
• Pay Order of Rs. 25 in Favour of RAMJAS SCHOOL ANAND PARVAT.
  (Mention name of the child, father’s name and registration number at the back of the PAY ORDER.)

• FILL UP THE FORM COMPLETELY BEFORE TAKING A PRINT OUT.
• IN CASE OF INCOMPLETE FORM/DOCUMENTS OR SENDING CASH/CHEQUE WITH THE APPLICATION - THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE DEEMED AS REJECTED. ONLY PAY ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  The distribution of seats is as follows:

Free Ship Quota (E.W.S.)	25% of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to EWS category/Disadvantaged Group/Orphan who are eligible as per conditions laid down in Govt. Notification No.15(172)/DE/Act/2010/69 dated 07.01.2011 and subsequent orders.	50
Reserved seats Management Quota	20% of the seats reserved for allotment by the Management of the school. The seats shall be allotted and filled as per the discretion of the management of the school.	40
General Seats	The seats which are not covered under categories as above shall be filled on 100 point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of caste/region/religion etc.	110

List of documents required for Nursery Admission 2019-20

1. Proof of Residence required.(Self Attested)

• Copy of a Passport in the name of any parent.

                                 OR

• Voter Id (EPIC) of any of the parent.

1. Self attested copy of Birth Certificate.

• Name of the child must be endorsed in the birth certificate duly counter signed by the Registrar of Birth.

1. Original Medical Fitness Certificate.

• A medical Fitness Certificate declaring that the ward is physically/mentally fit to join the School which should be duly signed by the Doctor along with the stamp and with his registration number.

1. In case of Sibling.

• Photocopy of the fee receipt of last quarter (paid).

                                             OR

• Identity card of the student studying issued by the school.

1. In case of First born.

• Self Attested Declaration duly signed by both the parents.

1. Copy of Aadhar Card of Parent (Mandatory). 

• Duly Self Attested.

1. Copy of Aadhar Card of the child applying for (Mandatory).

• Duly Self Attested by both the parents.

1. Visiting/Business Card of Parents.

Age Limit

Less than 04 years as on 31^st March of the year in which the Admission is sought.
