Dear xyz, 

The draw of lots for your ward xyz Registration No.xyz/19-20/Nur desirous of seeking Pre-School (Nursery) General Category Admission (2019-20) in GDGPS, ED will be held on Saturday, 2nd February 2019 at 10:00 am in the school premises.

Also please note:

1. Candidates with 90 and 80 points are provisionally selected. Further the admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents.

2. Candidates at the score of 70 points will be eligible for draw of lots to be held on Saturday 2nd February 2019 at 10:00 am in the school premises. 

3. Only one representative per form will be allowed to witness the draw. Kindly carry the print out of the registration slip/mail/SMS along with your identity proof for entry to the school premises. 

4. In the absence of any of the above mentioned documents, the school reserves the right of not permitting entry to the premises for security reasons.

@Hemant: Each school come up with their own criteria. So please do read the instructions with each form. I understand its a bit of pain.....but I guess we can bear it for our little ones.

has passed AISSCE conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education from the school
as a bonafide student)
- Report Card of the elder child for sibling seats
o Inoculation (Vaccination) / Medical fitness certificate of the applicant issued by a
registered doctor.
- Please submit the documentary proof of the following, if applicable.
o Report card of the elder child, issued by this school for sibling consideration.
o Incase of Single Parent, please provide relevant documents.
- Cash/D.D. of Rs. 25/- as Registration Fee
Note :i) The points will be allocated as per criteria based on the documentary evidences attached
with the registration form.
ii) Incomplete application will be rejected without any communication.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Candidates will be selected after allocation of marks as per the criteria mentioned above. A draw of lots
would be conducted if there are more candidates (with same marks) than the maximum number of seats
availablefor the category.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM
1. This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the
form to avoid rejection.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N/A for those entries, which are not applicable to you.
Please do not leave any entry blank.
3. After completing the registration form, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button to register it.
4. A temporary registration number will be generated with a print button. Please take a print out of the
filled form.
5. A printed copy of the form (along with the requisite documents) must be submitted at the school on
any working day from 15th December, 2018 to 7th January, 2019 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
along with the CASH/ DEMAND DRAFT (registration fee) of Rs. 25/- in favour of
‘INDRAPRASTHA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA’ payable at New Delhi and the
required documents.
6. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill in more than one form for one child.
Please note that due to limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who
apply.
