Guys - can somebody please help with the Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar issue. I don't understand how they are calculating the distance, it's not showing up on the form and they are not even letting me enter the distance. anybody else facing the same challenge.

@Rahul: I guess...the site will let you enter the distance only when you select "others" in the Child's Residential Area drop down box.

                                 NGF JUNIOR SCHOOL KHIRKI EXTENSION ,Malviya Nagar

Scheme  for admission to Pre-school (Nursery) 2019-20

Registration for admission to pre-school (Nursery) for academic session 2019-20 shall be made from 15^th December 2018 to 07^th January, 2019. Payment of rupees Twenty Five (Rs.25/-) as registration charges shall have to be made while submitting Registration form alongwith requisite documents.

 

The number of vacancies for session 2019-20 are as under :

a).        Total number of seats                                     105

b).        Number of seats earmarked for students

            belonging to Disadvantaged group and

            EWS Category                                                26

c).        Management Quota seats                                15

d).        Number of seats for staff quota                        3

e).        Number of  Open seats available for              61

           General Category

 

Criteria for preparation of Merit List (General Category) shall be based on points system. The points shall be awarded on the following basis :

 

            PARAMETERS                                                                                                POINTS

a).        *Neighborhood/ Distance factor                                                                          60

                           0 – 10 Km (option i ) :- 60                                                              

                        Above 10 Km (option ii) : -40                                                                                        

 

b).        Sibling                                                                                                               10

 

c).        Girl Child/ First born child                                                                               30

 

If there is  tie on points scored by the candidates, selection shall be made on the basis of draw of lots. The date and time of draw of lots along with the list of eligible candidates  for general category  shall be available on school website www.ngfjsmalviyanagar.com on 30.01.2019 and shall also be displayed on the school  notice board on  30.01.2019

 

Information regarding nursery Registration (General Category) 2019-20

 

The  Registration for admission to Nursery class for the Academic session 2019-20 will begin from 15^th December 2018 to 07^th January, 2019. The last date for submission of Registration form and payment of registration fee of Rs. 25/- shall also be 07.1.2019 upto 1 p.m. only   

 

 

 

 

 

The age criteria for Nursery is 3+ as on 1^st April, 2019 i.e. born on or before 31.03.2016. Filled in registration form , together with  self attested copies of the documents mentioned below be deposited in the office of the school along with prescribed registration fee within the prescribed time limit. The office shall remain open for deposit of Registration forms on all working days from 9 a.m to 12 noon except on 07.1.2019 when forms shall be accepted upto 1 p.m.

First List of selected candidates and Waiting List can be checked on the school website www.ngfjsmalviyanagar.com on 04^th February, 2019 and 2^nd List (if any) on 21^st February, 2019  and the same shall also be displayed on the school notice board.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Fill up the form completely.
• Incomplete form /documents shall stand rejected.
• Non-deposit of form and prescribed fee and documents will mean non-participation in the admission process.
• To know the result of your ward visit the school website or check the school notice board on 04^th February, 2018 after 2 p.m.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VERIFICATION

Copies of Documents to be submitted along with application form:

1. Birth Certificate (self attested copy)
2. Photograph of the child (passport size).
3. Proof of residence –

• Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents(Mother/Father having name of child.)
• Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
• Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
• Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

4. Proof of Sibling – latest fee slip.
5. Affidavit in support of First born.

EWS and Disadvantaged group :  Only children sponsored by the Directorate of Education shall be given admission against free seats for EWS/DG category. Interested parents may apply online to the Directorate of Education.

 

 Distance Chart  shall be displayed on the school notice board  for award of points on account of Neighbourhood/Distance factor.
