(c) Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation with the child’s name endorsed by
the Registrar of Birth.

Aadhar card of any of the parents / Lease Deed / Current Electricity Bill / Current
MTNL phone bill/ Current water bill

PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION 2019-20

Before you register online, please read all instructions carefully and click on the ‘Proceed’ Link given
at Bottom. Hard copy of the online printed form alongwith the documents (mentioned in point 4
below) are required to be deposited in Saket School branch to complete your registration for
admission.
Guidelines for filling Online Form
1. The Online form available in the website is an application form only. The submission of application form
online does not confirm admission. The Online form is applicable for the General Category only.
2. The application form will be available online from 15th December 2018 to 07th January 2019.
3. The last date of submitting the online form is 07th January 2019 till 13:00 hours.
4. Parents are to deposit a copy of online filled up form at the Saket school Reception between 9
a.m. to 1 p.m. along with the copies of the following documents:-
1. Passport size photograph of the child (original)
2. 5 cm x 3 cm joint photograph of the child with the parents only (original)
3. Proof of residence of parent only in Delhi
4. Birth certificate of the child
5. Medical certificate (only for child with special need)
6. Proof of sibling – Current fee receipt / Student I-card (wherever applicable)
7. Proof of alumnus / alumna – Class X / XII marksheet (wherever applicable)
5. Once submitting / uploading the application form successfully, you will receive an auto-generated
Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number for further correspondence. The
Acknowledgement Receipt will also display USER ID and a PASSWORD. Please make sure
that Pop-up blocker is Turn Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt.
6. The USER ID & PASSWORD should be preserved by the parent to take print out of the form anytime.
7. Take print out of the online submitted Form through Print Form option (available at the end of the
form) and Acknowledgement Receipt for future use. In case of any problem, please contact school
at 011-26858809 / 26962977.
8. The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly
in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on.
9. It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*) in red. If any field does not apply to you, please
write N/A (Not Applicable) for those entries.
10. Incomplete information in the form will not be accepted by the system.
NOTE: Applicants must retain a copy of the printout of application form and acknowledgement
receipt for their record. PLEASE FILL THE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE ONLY ONCE.

• Commencement of admission process and availability of online forms will start from 15.12.2018
• Last date of submission of forms in school is 7.01.2019
• Admission stands cancelled in case of non-submission of fee within the stipulated time period.
• Admission of the candidates in the waiting list is subject to availability of seats.

be done through online through the school website www.davrohini.org. The eligible age for
Pre School admission is 3+; Pre Primary is 4+ and Class – I is 5+ as on 31.
