ONLINE REGISTRATION 

Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully:
FOR  PRE-SCHOOL
1) Age of candidate should be 3+ and less than 4 as on 31/03/2019
2) Form can be filled only once by a given e-mail id
3) No prospectus will be sold.
4) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by both the parents, must be submitted at the school counter, along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents. On all working days from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
5) Last date for online registration is 07th January 2019 upto 10:00 a.m.
6) Last date of depositing the filled registration form along with the supporting documents at the school counter is 07th January 2019 12:00 noon.

8) Fill the form in capital letters only.
9) Registration Charges of Rs.25/- will be accepted online. Keep details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment.

Admission Schedule for the Session(2019-20)
For Entry Level Classes (below six years of age ) for open seats
The registration for entry level classes [below six years of age] for open seats will commence
from 15 Dec. 2018 i.e. Saturday.
Registration can be done both online and offline .
Age criteria is as under :
For Pre -School Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the
admission is sought.
For Pre- Primary Less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the
admission is sought.
For Class – 1 Less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the
admission is sought.
For Online Registration
A printed copy of the online submitted form alongwith Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable
Registration Fee] and self attested copy of Date of Birth certificate of the child issued by MCD
will be submitted in the school office.
For offline Registration
Registration form, available in school office alongwith Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable
Registration Fee] will be submitted in the school office.

(d) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the

(iii) School Leaving certificate
(iv) Medical certificate [in case of children with special disability or specific illness]

Aadhar card is given for updatation for adress bt updated aadhar card still not generated .. is that slip applied for updatation can be used for address proof ...

 Click on Nursery Admissions 2019-20 Preschool Registration

 Register with your existing valid email id. Create a new password.
 Login using your email id and new password created.
 Click on the Registration Form and fill the form carefully.
 Click on “Submit”.
 Make payment of Rs. 25/- towards Registration fee online.
 You will receive a registration no. on successful submission of form.
Please take a printout, affix the photographs of child, mother & father
on the Registration form at submit in the Drop Box available at
School Gate No. 1 latest by 09/01/2019 (3.00 pm)
 It is mandatory to submit the print out of the Registration Form at the
School gate. Please do not attach any supporting document along with
registration form. The documents in original will be checked at the
time of Verification.

Guidelines :
1. Kindly download the guidelines & read all the instructions carefully before you click
on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
2. The name of the applicant, father's name/mother's name, date of birth etc. should be
entered correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates.
3. It is mandatory to fill all the fields which are marked (*) in red. If any field is not
applicable to you please write NA (Not Applicable).
4. Recent color passport size photo of the child (in jpg/jpeg format).
Note: The dimensions of the photo must be 100 x 80 pixels and the digital size of each
photo must be less than 20 KB. Background of the photo should be white in color.
5. In case any applicant found to have fabricated/faulty information, registration will be
rejected and it will not be processed further for admission.
6. After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You
will receive SMS with registration number, User Id and Password for further
correspondence.
7. Take a print out of the form through Print form option and Acknowledgment
Receipt.
Note: Applicants must retain a copy of the print out of registration form and
acknowledgment receipt for their record.

Hi,

I am facing issue on submitting online admission form of Amrita Push Vihar School. It's showing "there was an error in controllers". Is other also facing the same issue? What is the Solution for this.  Please suggest.
