Online Registration

1. An incomplete Registration form will be rejected without any communication.
2. Please submit attested copies of the following documents along with the form:
   i) Copy of the Birth Certificate (Self Attested)
   ii) Medical Fitness/Inoculation Certificate by a doctor (in original)
   iii) Child's Aadhar Card(self-attested)
   iv)Proof of residence (Aadhar card issued in the name of one of the parents.
   v)Proof of transfer, if any,(In case the parents have been transferred in the last academic session)
3. In case of admission to Class II or above, please also enclose:
   i) Photocopies of the last year Progress Report Card
   ii)Transfer certificate from the previous school (original)
   iii)SC/ST/OBC Certificate( If applicable)
4. The school buses ply on the specific routes only.
5. Please note that due to the limited number of seats, transport service will not be possible for all those who apply.
6. Admission is confirmed only after submitting the required copies of certificates at the time of admission and verification of the same with the originals.
7. In the case of foreign nationals, the following documents need to be submitted at the time of registration.
   i) Copy of residence proof
   ii) copy of passport
   iii) Copy of student visa
   iv) A letter from the embassy stating the details of the child's parents/guardian under whose custody the child will be in.
8. All disputes related to admissions under New Delhi jurisdiction only.

Dear Parents, We are delighted by your interest in The Heritage School and thank you for considering our School for your child. Please follow the instructions below to ensure that your request for admission is processed efficiently. Admission to Pre-School at The Heritage School, is a two-step process I. Registration II. Admission The first mandatory step to the admission process is to get the child registered. Stage I : Registration Procedure : Registration process involves online filling of the Registration Form. The filled in Registration Form then needs to be downloaded and a hard copy of the same must be submitted at the School reception along with the Registration fee of Rs.25. The registration process is complete only after the submission of the hardcopy of the Registration Form and the fee. Parent will receive intimation through SMS/Email bearing the Registration No. which will be used for further reference. The Forms are shortlisted as per the selection criteria for Draw of Lots. All the shortlisted candidates/parents will be intimated for Draw of Lots. The Registration Slip must be brought to the School on the day of Draw of Lots. List of Selected Candidates and the Waitlisted candidates will be displayed on the School website/notice board. Stage II : Admission Procedure : The selected parents will receive an email with the link to Admission Form and other Admission Formalities. They will be informed about the day and time of the orientation and verification of the documents in the same email. Parents interested in seeking Admission are expected to take a print of the online Admission Form by clicking on the link sent in the e-mail. Please note that the information already entered in the Registration Form will be automatically populated into the Admission Form. Hard copy of the Admission Form along with the supporting, self-attested copies of all the relevant documents as specified and the corresponding original documents must be submitted at the School on the day of Orientation for verification. Admission will be confirmed only on completion of each of the following- The Admission Form must be submitted with documents stated in the Form. In case you are unable to submit a required document, the school will accept the incomplete Admission Form against a written undertaking that the required documents will be provided within 3 working days. Final admission is subject to physical verification of the original documents. All information must be complete and accurate. In case any false, incomplete or misleading information is provided, Heritage reserves the right not to process the Admission Form; and reserves the right to withdraw any offer of admission made or granted. Admission will be granted subject to payment of fees, completing the prescribed admission procedure and acceptance of all rules, policies and code of conduct applicable to Heritage students and parents/guardians. The Admission Form must be signed by hand by both the parents/parent having legal custody of the child/guardianship along with the original documents. Submission of the online Medical Form of the child is mandatory. Submission of signed copy of the School Policies is mandatory.

General Instructions for filling the Registration Form : All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled. Mention the correct Date of Birth as per Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. No change in Date of Birth shall be allowed later on. Full Name of the student, Date of Birth, Permanent Address & Name of the Parents(First, Middle and Last) entered in the form should match the supportive documents like Date of Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Voter Id Card, Passport etc. Select the mode of transport. Select the meal option to be availed. Mention Emergency Contact Details No.1 & 2 (other than parents). All sections of this Registration Form must be completed in full to be processed. Submission of the Registration Form is a request for Admission and does not guarantee Admission. Please identify one Parent as Preferred contact for receiving all School communication by SMS, E-mail notifications or telephonic communication. (not applicable for Single Parent / Guardian). Kindly fill all the details carefully. No change(s) will be allowed once the form is submitted. Printed copy of the Registration Form must be signed by hand by both the Parents/Single parent (legally Divorced or having adoption rights)/ legal Guardian and submitted with documentation as stated. i spoke to the school. the ones called for verification have higher points. and the rest will have to go through draw of lots.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DRAW OF LOTS :

2. Twins have been identified and marked in the list below by an Asterix (*). In
case any ‘Twin’ has been missed out, please notify at dpsi.saket@gmail.com
by 26th January, 2019.
3. Note: Under the sibling category if, ‘one of the twin applicant’s gets selected
then the other will be considered under sibling category, otherwise not.
4. It is anticipated that the process may take an hour or more.

It can be filled and submitted online on school website www.nirmalbhartia.org along with the requisite documents and registration fee of
Rs. 25/- only.
c. All names and addresses must be filled in CAPITAL letters only.
d. Only one Form per applicant will be accepted. Filling of more than one Form will result in cancellation of both/all Forms submitted by the
applicant.
e. Incomplete Forms or Forms without supporting documents will not be considered for admission and no further communication will be
entertained regarding the same.
f. The Original Documents will be checked in case the application is shortlisted for admission. Admission of the applicant is subject to the
verification and authentication of all documents against the Originals, failing which, the offer for admission will stand cancelled and the next
applicant as per the Waiting List will be offered admission under the General Category.
g. If any of the filled in information or documents submitted are found to be incorrect, altered or false, the school reserves the right to cancel
admission of the applicant, even after the session commences.
h. Documents once submitted to the school will not be returned.
i. In case of twins, selection of one under the Draw of Lots will not automatically guarantee selection of the other sibling.
