7. The admission shall be made without any discrimination of caste / religion etc. by the admission
committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal. No interview or interaction shall be held with the
candidates and parents.
8. The Registration forms shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from December
15, 2018 between 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on payment of Rs. 25/- only. Online registration facility is also
available. Registration Form can also be downloaded from School Website
(www.theindianheightsschool.com). The filled in form should be deposited in the office of the school by
January 7, 2019 upto 1:30 pm.
9. The School will adopt lottery system to select / shortlist a child for admission, only in case of tie amongst
applicants (scoring highest marks on a Hundred Points Scale).
10. The filled in registration form should contain the self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in
the Govt. order. Documents to be submitted along with Registration Form (Only attested photocopy
required)
(a) General Category

Self-attested photocopies of the following documents are required to be submitted alongwith
application form.
A. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
B. Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of Child.
C. Residential Proof (Any two)
1. Ration card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother / Father having
name of child).
2. Domicile Certificate of child or of his / her parents.
3. Voter I – Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
4. Latest Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of
any of the parents or child.
5. Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
D. For Sibling- Copy of fee receipt issued by the school.

 There will no interaction with parent/child.
 No prospectus will be sold.
 There will be no weightage for parents’ educational qualification, occupation
or financial status.
 Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
 Schoolwill not be responsible for non-receipt of Confirmation form sentby post.
 Pleasedonotfillmorethanoneform,elsethechild’scandidaturewillgetcancelled.
 The schoolwill not entertain any request forthe corrections in the entries made by
the parents in the online form.
 Admission process to be over in all respects by 31st March 2019.
