The Registration Form for Pre School and Pre Primary Admissions for the academic year
2019-20 have started as per the guidelines of Directorate of Education. The eligible age
for Pre School admission is 3+ as on 31-03-2019 and for Pre Primary is 4+ as on 31-03-
2019. The Registration will be done online through the school website
www.sanatandps.com.The payment of the registration form will be made ONLINE using
debit/credit and net banking options. A printed copy of the submitted form along with
self attested copy of documents and the photographs to be submitted at the school
reception at the time of admission. However, the registration forms are also available
from the school reception from 15-12-2018.

Regarding Age Limit

(a) For admission in the Pre-school (Nursery), Pre-Primary (KG) and class-1, the minimum age for admission in the class shall be three years, four years and five years respectively by 31^st March of the year in which admission is being sought in accordance with this Directorate of Education, order No.F./DE/15/1031/ACT/2007/7002 date 24/11/2007.

(b) Vide order dated 18/12/2015, this Directorate fixed the upper age limit for admission in entry level classes, which is as under:-

For Pre-School (Nursery)	Less than 04 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Pre-Primary (KG)	Less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.
For Class-1st	Less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

Regarding Documents Valid Proof Of Address.

Some of indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child:

• Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents(Mother/Father having name of child).
• Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
• Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any parents or child.
• Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

Admission Procedure

1. A child must be five years or more to qualify for admission to class 1. Admission to any class is subject to availability of seats in that class and process begins from 1st March for classes I to IX.
2. The admission form duly filled in must be accompanied by a valid proof of age and school leaving certificate. Date of Birth once registered cannot be altered.
3. Selection of a particular subject or stream is strictly on the order of merit as instructed by Directorate of Education.
4. Placement of a student is decided entirely by the Principal in consultation with the Class Teacher. This decision is based on the students age, previous school records and performance in an entrance test designed to test ability in main five subjects.

c) VoterId of any of the parent.

Hi Sakshi, 

I have read that and appreciate the efforts by the forum and Mr Sumit, but what i was thinking is that even after the warning, the schools have not updated list of documents. now hardly a week left, and schools should have updated list of documents. Even if they are not requiring it at the  counter (not sure about that).
