@Jaspreet: Schools with not such a good reputation follows such methods. In the upcoming months you would see even more of such mockery of DOE rules, where they would come up with first come first serve methods. I would suggest stay away from such schools. The worst case being, they will definitely allot you the seat at the end and the reason is simple : They are after your money

4. Photograph of the child with both the parents should be affixed on the application form.
5. Along with the filled in forms please submit the photocopy of the following documents:
a. Proof of Residential Address (Voter ID card, MTNL Bill,
Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Unique I-Card or Passport
(any one of the above in the name of father and mother)
b. DOB Certificate with name of the child from MCD
c. Caste Certificate if ST/SC/OBC
d. Baptism Certificate and recommendation letter (for
Christians only)
e. School I-Card of the Sibling (own brother/sister in Notre
Dame School).
f. Photocopy of NTPC I-Card/Registration form duly attested by the HR
department of NTPC
g. Photo copy of Ration Card/ Class X certificate where the
grandfather’s name is mentioned with the child’s father or mother’s name (for NTPC
employee’s grandchildren only)
h. Alumni proof : Copy of Class X/XII certificate
i. Aadhar card of the child (Optional)
