BASIC INFORMATION

• MBS International School retains the right to set local admission standards and policies.

VISITING THE CAMPUS

• A visit/tour of the school by prospective parents and students is part of the enrollment process and may be accomplished through a guided tour, a shadow visit with the admission counsellor during the school non-working hours.

• Pre School/Nursery children who complete three years of age as on 31st March 2019 will be eligible for admission to class Nursery for the session 2019-20.
• The school shall use the standardized registration form with a unique registration number
• Parents are required to carry all original documents for verification at the time of admission.
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• The school can have interaction with parents with the purpose to ascertain the correctness of the details furnished.
• The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information

3.	After scrutiny of forms as per criteria adopted, the school shall display the following information

ii	Second list & waiting list	21/02/2019
iii	Subsequent list, if any	15/03/2019
iv	Closure of admissions process	31/03/2019

Documents required for admission

• Self attested copy of Aadhar card of student
• Self attested copy of Birth certificate of child
• Self-attested copy of the Aadhar card of parents
• Self-attested copy of the residence proof
• Original copy of Medical fitness certificate
•  Blood group laboratory report
•  5 photographs of the student
• 4 photographs of each parent

And any other document as deemed necessary at the time of admission

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

 

• A child seeking admission in Nursery (Pre -School) should have completed

3years as on 31^stMarch 2019.

• A child seeking admission in KG (Pre- Primary) should have completed

4years of age as on 31^stMarch 2019.

• The registration forms are available at the school reception (Nursery-IX) between 9.00 am - 3.00 pm on all working days.
• Please fill the form neatly and carefully in capital letters.
• Please ensure that all the columns are completely filled.
• Submit the form at the reception with attested copies of all the relevant documents.
• Original documents to be produced at the time of admission.
• Only real brother/sister will be considered as siblings.
• Admission form can be filled and submitted both online and manually at the school reception.

Admissions are available for classes Nursery - IX and XI for 2019-20

• Proof of date of birth
• Proof of single parent, first born child (If Applicable)
• Parents Transfer order copy (If Applicable)
• Report card of previous class(For admission in class I onwards)
• Transfer certificate from previous school (For admission in class I onwards)
• Proof of residential address (Passport/Aadhar card/Latest Electricity/MTNL Bill/Voter ID Card)
• Rent agreement should be 6 months old.
• Aadhar Card submission is compulsory 
• Please note that address provided at the time of admission shall be used for I-Card and no change shall be entertained later without proper procedure.
