GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO CLASS PRE-SCHOOL

• The Admission Form for registration is available free for cost at the school reception from 08.30 am to 12.30 p.m. & on the school website round the clock. The same can be filled online on the school website (www.gitarattan.com) under ADMISSION SCROLL-ONLINE REGISTRATION.
• The child should be minimum of 3 years as on 31st March, 2019 for admission to Pre-School.
• Duly filled in registration form should be submitted at the school reception on or before 7th January, 2019.
• The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the admission form and submit at the school reception on or before 7th January, 2019.
• Self attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.
• The list of short listed candidates will be displayed at the school website (www.gitarattan.com) and the school notice board as per schedule.
• Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. There should be no cutting and over-writing in the form.
• Fee will be deposited at the reception at the time of admission.

5. Steps involved in the Admission Process for GENERAL
CATEGORY:
Step Description
i At the first instance, the names of ‘SHORT-LISTED’ applicants who have higher value points i.e. List
of successful candidates will be displayed. The ‘GENERAL Category LIST FOR DRAW OF LOTS’ (for
applicants with same value points in a tie for remaining seats) will also be displayed.
NOTE: Criteria for Twins: In case of twins if one of the twins gets selected in lucky draw then the
other twin will be given points on the basis of sibling and considered for admission.
ii The details and schedule of the ‘GENERAL CATEGORY DRAW OF LOTS’ will be available on the school
website. The draw will be held using a random method in complete transparency.
iii The verification process of the documents will be held in the School as and when intimated by the
School for the applicants, whose points are within the zone of consideration.
Please note, both parents have to be present to submit self-attested copies of the above listed
documents and to sign the letter of undertaking in the presence of the verification team.
iv The Date of Admission and submission of fee of selected candidates of First List will be displayed on
the school website for further completion of formalities i.e. filling up of the Admission Form, submission
of true copies, verification of Original Certificates, medical formalities and fee deposit.
v SECOND LIST - After assessing the vacancies, the Second List of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED
