Pre School (Nursery) Admissions- List of Applicants

The list of all applicants is being displayed alongwith points scored (on the basis of information/ document submitted by parents). Points have been allocated on the basis of criteria for admission formed by the school as per DOE norms. In case a parent seeks any clarification on points allocated, he/ she may approach the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on 29th and 30th January 2019. A list of 39 rejected applicants is also being displayed (age criteria). A draw of lots will be held for candidates scoring 60 points on Thursday, 31st January 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the school. Parents may attend the draw. Entry of parents will be subject to production of original acknowledgement issued at the time of form submission. The applicant’s name will be put up for draw irrespective of their presence at the time of draw of lots. The first list of selected candidates will be put up on the school notice board & website on Monday, 4th February 2019 by 5:00 p.m. Typographical errors in the list displayed are subject to verification and rectification by the school authorities.

ADMISSION NOTICE – K G (2019-20)

Holy Child Senior Secondary School Tagore Garden is an unaided Christian Minority School run by Sisters of Charity.

Forms will be available ONLINE only from 15th December 2018 to 6th January 2019 for Registration to KG Class. Fill the complete details in the form online and submit it online with payment of Rs.25/.

After filling the form online, take a print out on A4 size paper and submit it in the School from 17th December 2018 to 21st December 2018 , 27th December to 7th January 2019 on all working days except Saturdays and Sundays between 08.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.

Girls who will be 04 years of age on 31-03-2019 and completing Nursery in March 2019 will be eligible for applying.

You are requested to submit the attested photocopies of the following documents in the school along with online printed forms and required photographs.

 Birth Certificate of the child with child’s name from (MCD, NDMC, Panchayat Etc.)

Proof of residence any one of the following:

Baptism Certificate (only for Christians)

Document proof for every point mentioned in the form (sibling, Alumini, Staff member, report card of the previous school attended)

General instructions for filling up the Registration Form
Dear parents
We are delighted by your interest in The Heritage School and thank you for considering our
School for your child. Please follow the instructions below to ensure that your request for
admission is processed efficiently.
Admission to Pre-School at The Heritage School, is a two-step process.
I. Registration
II. Admission
The first mandatory step to the admission process is to get the child registered.
General instructions for filling up the Registration Form:
1. Kindly fill all the details carefully. No change(s) will be allowed once the form is
submitted.
2. All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory to be filled.
3. All sections of this Registration Form must be completed in full to be processed.
Submission of the Registration Form is a request for admission and does not guarantee
admission.
4. Mention the correct Date of Birth as per Date of Birth Certificate issued by the
Municipal Corporation. No change in Date of Birth shall be allowed later on.
5. Full Name of the student, Date of Birth, Permanent Address & Name of the Parents
(First, Middle and Last) entered in the form should match the supportive documents.
6. Mention Emergency Contact Details No.1 & 2 (other than parents).
7. Please identify one Parent as Preferred contact for receiving all School communication
by SMS, E-mail notifications or telephonic communication. (not applicable for Single
Parent / Guardian).
8. Printed copy of the Registration Form must be signed by both the Parents/Single
parent (legally Divorced or having adoption rights)/ legal Guardian. Please refer to the
specific instructions for Parents Separated/Divorced/Single/Guardian.
9. No document(s) to be attached along with the Registration Form.
Stage I : Registration Procedure:
1. Registration process involves online filling of the Registration Form.
2. The filled in Registration Form must be downloaded and a hard copy of the same
must be submitted at the School Reception along with the Registration Fee of
Rs.25/-. The registration process is complete only after the submission of the
hardcopy of the Registration Form and the fee.
3. Parent will receive intimation through SMS/Email bearing the Registration No. which
will be used for further reference.
4. The Forms are shortlisted as per the Selection Criteria and Draw of Lots will be
conducted in case the number applications exceeds than the number of seats.
5. All the shortlisted candidates/parents will be intimated for Draw of Lots through the
School Website and Notice Board.
6. The Registration Slip should be carried to the School on the day of Draw of Lots.
7. List of Selected Candidates and the Waitlisted candidates will be displayed on the
School Website/Notice Board.
Stage II : Admission Procedure:
1. The selected parents will receive an email with the link to Admission Form and other
Admission Formalities. They will be informed about the day and time of the
verification of the documents in the same email.
2. Parents interested in seeking Admission must take a print of the online Admission
Form by clicking on the link sent in the e-mail. Please note that the information
already entered in the Registration Form will be automatically populated into the
Admission Form.
3. Hard copy of the Admission Form along with the supporting, self-attested copies of
all the relevant documents as specified and the corresponding original documents
must be submitted at the School for verification.
4. Admission will be confirmed only on completion of each of the followingi.
Final admission is subject to physical verification of the original documents.
ii. All information must be complete and accurate. In case any false, incomplete
or misleading information is provided, The Heritage School reserves the right
not to process the Admission Form; and reserves the right to withdraw any
offer of admission made or granted.
iii. Admission will be granted subject to Completion the prescribed admission
procedure such as acceptance of all rules, policies and code of conduct
applicable to Heritage students, parents/guardians and payment of fees.
iv. The Admission Form must be signed by both the parents/parent having legal
custody of the child/guardianship along with the original documents.
v. Submission of the online Medical Form of the child is mandatory.
