ADMISSIONS TO PRE- SCHOOL (FOUNDATION) FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2019-20

Total Seats available for admission to Pre-School (Foundation) - 90

1. 25% (22 seats) - Economically Weaker Section & Disadvantaged Group as defined under the Right to Education Act, 2009
   2. 20% (18 seats)- Management Quota
   3. 55 % (50 seats) – Open general seats which are not covered under the above two categories

Age for admission to Pre-School (Foundation):
Minimum age - Three Years as on 31^st March, 2019

Maximum Age - Less than 04 years as on 31^st March, 2019

The Admission to open seats shall be made on the basis of fixed parameters and points as given below

Scheduled Time Line

 

Saturday, 15th December, 2018	Commencement of Admission Process and availability of Online Forms
Saturday, 15th  December, 2018 to Monday 7th January, 2019	Filling and submission of online forms
Thursday, 10th January, 2019 to Monday, 14th January, 2019	Parents will be called for verification of original documents
Monday, 21st January, 2019	Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under open seats.
Monday, 28st January, 2019	Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats
Friday, 9th February, 2018	Draw of lots if required
Monday, 4th February, 2019	List of selected children (First List) and waiting list will be declared.
Tuesday, 5th February to Tuesday, 12th February, 2019	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list
Wednesday, 13th February to Tuesday, 19rd February, 2019	Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the First List
Thursday, 21st February, 2019	Second list of candidates (If any) (including Waiting List)
Friday, 22nd February to Thursday, 28th February, 2019	Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the first list
Friday, 1st March to Thursday, 7th March, 2018	Verification of documents and collection of fees from parents or guardians of selected children in the Second List
Thursday, 15th March, 2018	Subsequent list of admission if any
Saturday, 31st March, 2018	Closure of admission process

Once the application has been submitted, there will be no addition or alterations to the information provided.

List of supporting documents to be produced by parents at the time of verification for admission under the General Category

1. Child's Birth Certificate to verify date of birth
   2. For proof of residence, any one of the following documents is required: Ration Card, Voter I-D card, Aadhar Card/ Unique Identity Card, MTNL Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, DJB Water Bill, Passport
   3. For Alumni - School leaving certificate
   4. Proven track record of contribution or achievement to the Community and /or country by the parents: Appropriate documents
