Minimum 3 years as on 31st March, 2019 and less than 4 years as on 31st March 2019.

Please note:- Please submit the receipt & application form generated after successful submission of registration form alongwith distance proof in the drop box available at the school gate by 7/01/2019 for further processing.

FOR ADMISSION TO EWS AND DISADVANTAGED CATEGORIES

Please go to the department of education website (www.edudel.nic.in).

NOTE: -

• Google map will be used to calculate distance from school as per example. Click here
• No prospectus will be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged.
• Aadhar card of parents and child is a mandatory document while registering the online registration form
• Recheck all details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed later.
• School will not be responsible for the non-receipt of Confirmation sent by Post. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
• Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation of registration.
• Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. List of the provisionally shortlisted candidates alongwith the first waiting list will be put up on the school notice board and website on February 4, 2019 at 03:00 p.m.
• If the address/DOB or any other detail supplied by the parent at the time of filling of form is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled with immediate effect

The Admission process

For Nursery (Pre-School) admissions, advertisements are given in leading newspapers in the month of December or as per the calendar prescribed by the Directorate of Education.
25% seats are reserved for Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group of Society. This is the percentage mandated under the RTE Act and is a part of our social responsibility. The Government will conduct the admissions as per the directive.The registration form is available online, which should be deposited at the school office by the due date.
No forms are accepted after the due date is over.
The Criteria for selection of General Category children will be in accordance with the guidelines given, i.e., there will be no interviewing or screening of children or their parents. Admissions will be based on the 100 points criteria as per school’s policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. If there is a tie in the points for the last seats to be allotted there will be Random Selection in the form of a Draw of lots to finalise these seats. The list of selected and non-selected candidates will be placed on the public domain showing the points secured.
 
The whole process will be fair and rational, non-discriminatory, transparent and child-friendly. Admission will be based on the information given and will have to be backed by authentic proofs with documents attached to the form when submitted. Information regarding parents’ professions and educational qualifications will not form a part of the admission criteria. It will be used only for school data processing.
Admission closes by end March and any further admission is subject to availability of seat and approval by the Directorate of Education.

•    Donations are not accepted.
•    Parents should not approach any person for recommendations for admission.
