The online registration form does not work for NGF Saket and NGF alaknanda website. Though, the above post of NGF alaknanda contains the registration form. I think we need to take a print out of the same anyway as the form needs to be submitted offline.

• There will be no weightage for parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
• Distribution /Receipt of forms will start from 15^th December, 2018 till 7^th January 2019.
• Queries of parents related to points allotted, if any, will be resolved through mail between 22^nd January, 2019 to 24^th January, 2019.
• First list of provisionally selected candidates along with waiting list will be displayed at 5.00 p.m. on 04^thFebruary 2019.
• Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email between 05^th February, 2019 to 12^th February, 2019.
• Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 21^st February, 2019.
• The admission criteria is to be put up on the website and sent to the DOE before the process commences.
• Admission process to be over in all respects by 31^st March, 2019.
• Application to the Category A (EWS /DG/Children with special needs) have to be filled on the website edudel.nic.in only.
• Alumni should be registered student of the school alumni (Old Student Association) and passed class XII from the Pitampura unit.
•  For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories rules framed by DOE will be followed.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR PRE-SCHOOL FOR 2019-20

 

The entry class to the school is Pre School. There are 386 seats out of which 97 (25%) are reserved for EWS/DG category

Process of Admission to Pre School, commences this year in the month of December 2018

 

• Age of the child as on 31-3-2018 should be 3+ years ( i.e. born between 01.04.2015 and 31.03.2016 )
• Pre School General application forms are available online only at the school website.( balbharatipp.org )

 

1. THE BUS FACILITY WILL NOT BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE EXISTING BUS ROUTES FOR PRE-SCHOOL. PLEASE CHECK THE EXISTING BUS ROUTES.
2. PLEASE FILL THE FORM CAREFULLY AS THE SCHOOL WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CHANGE ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED.
3. ONLY ONE FORM PER CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. KINDLY FILL THE FORM CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. ANY INFORMATION FOUND INCORRECT AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Please visit the school website before filling up the form to get a detailed information about the school.
• Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
• All the fields marked with * are mandatory.
• The payment mode is ONLINE only.
• Please retain the Transaction Id and the Copy of the form received through the mail, for any further correspondence.
• Children residing beyond 7 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 7 kms.
• The distance will be measured from school using google maps aerial distance. (Sample attached).Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation of the form.
• Please note that the classes will be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children will move to the main campus in PP II.

• Proof of Residence will be any of the following documents: (Please note that the residence address should be same as in the below mentioned documents. Any of these documents MUST be available with the parent at the time of verification of documents, if selected.)
  • Aadhaar Card / UID Card in the name of parents and child (Address should be the same in all the three Aadhaar cards)
  • Voter I-Card in the name of any of the parents(Address should be same in both the voter cards of parents)
  • Electricity Bill in the name of any of the parents ( bills should not be older than 3 months ).
  • Water Bill in the name of any of the parents (bills should not be older than 3 months).
  • MTNL Bill in the name of any of the parents (bills should not be older than 3 months).
  • Ration card in the name of any of the parents having the name of the child.

 

• No documents to be submitted in the school after filling the online form.
•  Payment is ONLINE only.
•  No photographs to be uploaded while filling the online form .
•  Please retain the copy of the form received through the mail for further correspondence.
•  NO EDITING IS POSSIBLE in the FORM after submission.

 

• In case of any error in the form, follow the steps as given below:
  • Fill a NEW FORM by making a fresh payment. 
  • A new registration number will be generated.
  • In order to delete the old registration number, parents must inform the school through the link balbharatipp.org otherwise it will be treated as duplicate entry and will lead to cancellation.

• Kindly click on the https://goo.gl/forms/jOnGhkIHHKtFWqA63 link and fill the necessary details (for deletion of old registration).
• It is mandatory to inform the school about the filling of duplicate form otherwise it will be treated as duplicate and will lead to cancellation.
•  DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.

PRE-PRIMARY I ADMISSION (2019-2020)
 The list of all the applicants with the score is as under.
 Classes for Pre-Primary I will be held in school premises building in the Maulana
Azad Society.
 The scoring has been done by the computer on the basis of the information filled
by the parents. No verification has been done by the school at this stage.
 The school will verify the details, only for the candidates selected after the draw of
lots.
 Any information found incorrect/incomplete at the time of verification during the
admission process will lead to cancellation of selection.

 All the parents who have filled more than one form for his/her ward and is still
appearing in the total list of registered applicants, the parents are requested to
submit an application clarifying the reason for multiple submission (at the school
gate no-1 between 9:00 am to 11:00 am latest by 25th Jan 2019). In case of failure
to inform, as said above, both the forms shall be rejected.

 Any resolution of query (through an application) of parents, if any will be
resolved between 23rd to 25th January 2019 at the school gate (gate no-1)
between 9.00 – 11.00 am.
 The applicants qualifying for the draw of lots along with the date and time of the
draw will be displayed on the school website on 29th January 2019 after 4 pm.
