Registration Process

Registration:

Standard Registration forms are available at the School’s website and at the school reception desk on payment of Rs. 25/- only.

However, the forms for EWS/DG Category shall be available at the department’s official website www.edudel.nic.in.

IMPORTANT:

a) Parents are required to submit a photocopy of the following documents at the time of registration:

i) Birth certificate by Municipal Corporation.

ii) Proof of Residence (Passport/Registered lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Bill/Electoral Card).

iii) One set of photograph each of mother and father.

iv) Two photographs of the child.

vi) Adhar card photocopy of father, mother & child.

vii) Caste certificate wherever it is required – OBC/SC/ST etc.

EWS CATEGORY

i) Birth certificate by Municipal Corporation.

The Registration Forms are available at the School's Reception w.e.f. 27 December, 2017 as per the D.O.E. directives guildelines. 

Procedure for Registration

The Registration Form, duly filled should be submitted in the school office by the due date. Details for registration are: For Pre School / Pre Primary Class- For admission to the Pre School/Pre Primary, the aspiring student should have attained 3 and 4 years of age for Pre School and Pre Primary respectively as on 31st March of the concerned year, in which the admission is to be sought. Kindly note: No request for the change of name will be entertained after the admission. For Primary , Middle and Secondary classes - Registration for Primary, Middle and Secondary classes begins in January every year and admission is granted only if the seats exist .An entrance test and interview are a must for admission to the school. For Senior Secondary Classes - (Streams: Science - Medical/Non-Medical and Commerce- with/without Mathematics)- The Registration for Provisional Admission for Class 11th, is open in the month of April of the concerned year. However, the confirmed admission is done only after the declaration of class X results in May, by the C.B.S.E. 

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form (Photocopies, self attested by both parents)

1. Birth Certificate of the child issued from the Municipal Corporation. 
2. Aadhaar Card of the Child (If not available, preferably to submit at the time of admission).
3. Residence Proof – Any one of the document which supports the current address: Aadhaar Card/Voter I-Card/Passport/ Ration Card (having name of child) or the latest copy of any one of the following: Rent Agreement/ Electricity/Water/MTNL Bill.
4. Attach the Google Map driving distance printout.
5. For Signature Verification : Any one of the document for both parents, individually.
   PAN Card/Passport/Driving License.
6. S.C. /S.T. /O.B.C. Certificate (if applicable).
7. Kindly paste recent passport size coloured photograph of Father, Mother and Child (one each) on the Registration Form.

Requirements at the time of Admission

1. Original documents to be produced, for verification only.
2. Both Parents/Guardian(s) and Child are required to be present.
3. Recent coloured passport size photograph of Child, Father and Mother (four each), Guardian(s) (four).
4. For pickup of child from school bus stop/school itself:
  Incase Mother/Father shall not always pick up the child , recent coloured passport size photograph(four) of the authorized Person(s), who shall pick up the child from the designated bus stop/school.
* Kindly write the name of your ward with a permanent black marker on the backside of all the photographs to be submitted by you. 

For classes Pre-Primary and above, kindly submit the following documents also:

Holy Child Senior Secondary School Tagore Garden is an unaided Christian Minority School run by Sisters of Charity.

Proforma for Registration to class KG will be available only at School website from 27^th December 2017 to 17^th January 2018.
