1	Read the undertaking and indemnification before submitting the form.
2	Write the spellings of the name carefully. These spellings should continue in all documents related to the school and the same must tally with the Government Authorized documents and Voter’s Identity Card. Etc.
3	Fill the online application form and note down the Reference No.
4	A text message will be sent on your mobile no. and a copy of filled form will be sent to your email id.
5	The Registration will be deemed to be completed only after depositing the registration fee of  Rs. 25 (DD/Cash) at the school counter along with the Computer Generated Registration form.
6	Last date of submission of Computer Generated Registration form and registration fee at school counter on or before Wednesday 17th January 2018

3) Online Registration will be done through school website – www.jldavps.com
4) Payment will be made online. 
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be dropped in the box placed near the school gate (no.3), along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents*.-:

ADMISSION

Admission to entry level class 
50% of seats are reserved for the Girl Child.
Seats are also reserved for children with Special needs & for children from economically challenged backgrounds.

Following criteria will be followed:
1. Neighbourhood (45 points, staggered)
2. Minority (20 points, staggered)
3. Sibling (15 points)
4. Alumni (10 points)
5. Staff wards (10 points)

Age:
To be eligible for admission to Class I, the child should have completed six years on 30th September of the academic year in which admission is sought.
School Prospectus is available for Rs 250/-. There is no compulsion to buy a prospectus. The cost of registration form under the general category is Rs 25/-. Registration forms will be available from 2nd January, 2017 to 31st January, 2017 at the school office between 9:00am to 11:30 pm. Duly filled in application forms along with the photocopies of relvant documents should be submitted to the school office before 31st January, 2017. No form will be accpeted after the 31st January, 2017.
First cut of list will be displayed on 28th February, 2017 on the school notice board.

Admission for Classes II to XII:
All admission is subject to availability of seats please check the appropiate link(School Setup)
A student who has qualified for admission will be required to produce the necessary certificates and pay the prescribed fees, within three days of the offer of admission.
All admission will be provisional until the prescribed fees and certificates are deposited.
Admission fee paid at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refuned for any reason.A pupil will not be allowed to attend classes without submitting the documents listed below and the prescribed fees:

I. 
(a) An attested copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Cooperation.
(b) School Leaving Certificate (in original) for Class II onwards, duly countersigned by the Education officer, if 
the school is situated outside Delhi.

II. For admission to classes IX
      (a) Pass certificate in the third language in the class VIII final exam.
 

III. For admission to classes XI
(a) Mark sheet of the Class X board examination.
(b) Registration number issued by the CBSE.
On submission of the certificates and fees, an "admit card' will be issued which is to be deposited with the class teacher.
Both parents are expected to meet the Principal before admission is finally granted.

Withdrawal:
Those wishing to leave the school are required to give one month's notice or one month's fee in lieu of such a notice when they apply for School Leaving Certificate.
