Essential Documents Required : 1. Birth Certificate: Self attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by MCD with the name of the child printed on it. 2. Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents 3. Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents 4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child 5. Aadhaar / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents 3. Procedure of Admission Process for General Category : Steps Description 1. Willing parents will get their ward registered online through school website www.lancersconvent.ac.in 2. Printed registration form is to be submitted along with self attested copies of all relevant documents and Rs. 25/- as registration fee. 3. In case the number of applicants scoring higher points are less than the total number of seats available for general candidates; such applicants will find place in the first list of selected candidates and no draw of lots will be conducted for them. 4. In case, seats still remain vacant; the same will be filled through draw of lots conducted in the school premises. 5. In case of twins, if one child gets a seat in the draw of lots, his / her twin sibling will automatically get a seat. A waiting list of 400 candidates will be prepared. 6. The first list of selected children and wait listed ones will be displayed on school website and at the school notice board. Both the parents along with the child have to come to school for completing the admission formalities. Parents should bring the following along with them for completing admission formalities : 1. All original documents for verification. 2. Cheque for the payment of admission fee and fee of 1st quarter i.e. April 2018 to June 2018 In case any information submitted by the parents at the time of registration is found to be forged at any stage; the admission of the candidate will automatically be cancelled. 7. After assessing the vacancies post admission process for the first list; a second list of selected candidates from the waiting list will be released as per the schedule. 8. Admission process will close on 31st March 2018

1. Holy Child Auxilium School, New Delhi is an English medium CatholicSchool
for Girls conducted by the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. It is anunaided
Christian minority Institution open to children of all communitieswith a special
responsibility for the education of Christian students.
2. Only girls born between1.04.2014 and 31.03. 2015are eligible for admission to
Pre-Primary.
3. Points shall be made on the basis of the following Parameters/ Criteria:

from 27.12.2017 to 17.01.2018. Take a printout of the Application Form
available on the School Website on an A-4 size white sheet of paper. Use black
ink only for printout. Filled in Application Form along with photocopies of
relevant documents will be accepted at the School Office on all working days
between 8.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. from 29.01.2017 to 17.01.2018.
6. Attach a self attested photocopy of the following documents with the
Application Form:
a) Birth certificate of the Child with child’s name (MCD, NDMC,
Panchayat Etc.).
b) Baptism certificate and a letter from the respective Parish Priest /
Pastor testifying to the membership of their Parish in case of Catholic/
Christian candidates.
c) Proof of Residence (Any one of the following documents):
i. Ration card issued in the name of the parents
ii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) / Aadhaar Card/UID Card of any of the
parents
iii. Electricity bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill
iv. Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
(Rent Deed will not be considered as proof of residence.)
d) Proof of Sibling (School Identity card 2017 -18 or Terminal
examinationreport of 2017).
e) Proof of Alumna (Alumna Identity Card & CBSE Certificate of Class
X & XII )

8. Please note that:
i) Registration Form found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
Registration of your child does not guarantee any right/claim for selection for grant of
admission.
ii) No UNDER-TAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time
of verification of documents.
iii) Any earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stands
void.
iv) For allocation of points in distance criteria, calculation of distance will be made ONLY as per
google map distance (by car) with school main gate as the starting point.
v) Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with the registration form at the time of
its submission.
vi) Bring original documents, three passport size photographs of the candidate and a joint
photograph of the candidate with both the parents (5X6 c.m.) at the time of verification of
documents
vii) Any discrepancy, if noted, in the promulgated LIST (First / Second) to be brought to the notice
of the Principal in writing within 48 hours (during school hours) of its publication, failing which no
representation shall be entertained thereafter.
viii) All documents submitted must be self-attested, with date, by the parents.
ix) SCHOOL BUS FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE STUDENTS.
x) For allocation of points the school’s decision will be final & binding.
