Withdrawal of admission	In case of withdrawal of child from the school within one month from the date of the admission, the school shall deduct Registration Charges, Admission fees and one month Tuition fee. be deducted by the school.
If the seats remain unfilled the admission process will continue till all seats are filled up.

Note: In the event of many applicants getting identical final scores in the lowest eligible score, a limited use of the lottery system would be adopted from within these applicants to select children for admission.

(b) ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR RESERVED SEATS FOR JAINS

(i) The admission shall be made on the basis of fixed parameters and points as prescribed in point no.(a).

(ii)In case the number of applications of Jains are in excess of the reserved seats available for Jains, the admission shall be made by draw of lots in the presence of applicant parents.

(iii)The date of draw (if adopted) would be intimated to all the parents.

Registration Forms for General category will be available
from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (on all working days) from:

(i)  Mahavir Junior Model School, Gujranwala Town, Part-I, Delhi-110009 and

(ii) Mahavir Senior Model School, Opposite Nanak Piao Gurudwara, Near R.P. Bagh, Delhi-110007 
Duly filled in forms to be submitted at Mahavir Junior Model School only.

Self attested photocopies of the following documents to be attached with the registration form.
Originals will be checked at the time of admission.

In case of Admission to General Category 

1.	Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation (original to be deposited at the time of admission)
2.	Proof of residential address [Ration Card issued in the name of parents having name of child/Passport/Lease Deed/Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents/Voter I Card/Driving License/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents]
3.	Proof for Sibling- current fee receipt (wherever applicable)
4.	Proof for Alumni (eligible for X or XII Pass only)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION:

Please note that registrations are open only for Pre-School (Age 3-4 yrs)
Important :
1. You are advised to fill in online form.
2. The online registration forms will be available at the school website from Wednesday, 27th December 2017 to Wednesday, 17th January 2018.The last date for receiving all forms is Wednesday, 17th January 2018.
3. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
4. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
5. Completed Registration Form needs to be submitted online latest by Wednesday, 17th January 2018.
6. Total number of seats available is 160.(General Category-120 and EWS/DG Category -40)
7. Children whose birth date falls between 1st April 2014 and 31st March 2015 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2018-19.
8. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
9. Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies as supporting evidence of the filled-in data on the day of verification.
