Draw of lots amongst children securing 75 points, for the remaining 119 Seats as well as the waiting list, will be held in the school compound on 13 February 2018 at 1:00 PM

The parents interested in participating in the draw of lots are welcome. Entry may be restricted to either one of the parents, against production of the registration acknowledgement

Admission Policy 2018-19
1) Age: - Pre School -Minimum 3 years and maximum 4 years as on 31st March 2018.

2) A point-based 1 to 100 scale devised for determining admission on the
following basis
3) The Admission Committee shall be constituted with the following members.
(a) Principal of the School – Chairperson
(b) Member from PTA - Vice Chairman
(c) H.M. Primary Section of the School
4) The School shall use the standardized Registration Form bearing a unique
number.
5) Parents will be required to submit the photocopies of the supporting
documents with the registration form. Parent shall submit all original
documents for verification at the time of admission.
6) The School office shall scrutinize the registration forms to verify the details
and others particulars filled up by the parents or guardian.
7) The School shall not conduct any interview or interaction with parent and
the child for whom admission is being sought.

8) However the School can have informal interactions with parents only with
the purpose to ascertain the veracity and correctness of the documents/
details.
9) The School will adopt lottery system to select/short list a child for admission
only in case of tie amongst applicants (scoring highest marks on a hundred
point scale).

12) Refund of Fee in case of cancellation/withdrawal of admission:
Fees shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education.
(a) Immediately, after depositing the fees:- Except registration fee,
entire fee shall be refunded.
(b) Within one month after depositing the full fee for admission of
the child:- Except registration fee, admission fee, one month tuition
fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.

Pre School & Class-I in prescribed format to DDE.

Dear Moderator and Admin,

My query is - what will be considered as an address proof for a serving govt . employee who has recently got transferred and yet to be allotted a house in the zone he / she is applying for the admission?

Can anyone throw some light on this or anyone who has faced / facing the same issue.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL FOR
ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-19
Total seats in Pre-school-180. Admission criteria is given below:-
1. Age: Child should be three years by 31 March 2018 are eligible for admission
to Pre-School in the academic year 2018-19.
(Born on or before 31.03.2015)
2. Christians: This school being an unaided minority school run by the Delhi
Orthodox Syrian Church Society, all the Orthodox Syrian Christians fulfilling the
age criteria will be admitted on producing the documentary evidence from their
respective Parish Priest to this effect along with the application. Other Syrian
Christians will also be considered.
3. Management Quota: 20% (36 seats)
4. EWS and Disadvantaged groups: St. Paul’s School is, an unaided minority
Institution. Minority schools are exempted from the ambit of RTE.
5. Staff Quota: 5% seats as staff quota for the children of employees of the school.
6. Open Seats: The remaining seats, which are not covered under above categories
will be allotted to those who obtain maximum points based on the parameters
prescribed hereunder. The unfilled seats in the above categories will be added to the
general category.
7. If the number of candidates with the same points are more than the available seats,
then a draw of lots will be taken to decide the eligible candidates.

Yes it's a girls school and entry level class starts from Prep/KG
