I too had an issue.. use google chrome and do not use office laptops which inhibit pop ups and have high level antivirus.

use personal laptop / relatives.

also the language thing means that if u can speak, read and write 3 languages and u claim to d the same with the 4th language , then u can get 5 points for reading, 5 for speaking and 5 for writing the 4th language ( test is taken when u reach there for the document verification... or best , if u have a certificate)
