Age for admission to Pre–School class is 3+ years and for Pre-Primary class is 4+ years as on 31st March, of the academic session in which admission is being sought. Ability Test There will be a written test for students seeking admission from Class 9 onwards. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be considered for admission. Results will be displayed on the Notice Board. Admission Formalities A list of selected students will be displayed on the School Notice Board and the Parents will be required to pay the fee and fulfill all the Admission formalities by the given date. Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the Admission Form and Transportation forms (where applicable) at the time of payment of fees. Documents Required The Date of Birth of the Child mentioned in the Admission Form has to be supported with a photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation / Local Bodies as applicable. For Admission to Class Nursery and K.G., no other document is acceptable except the Date of Birth Certificate/documents mentioned above. For Class I and above a duly countersigned Transfer Certificate by the concerned State Education Authority, along with a photocopy of the Report Card of the previous school attended. *Your Ward has to report in complete School Uniform, along with books and stationary as prescribed by the school .

Process of Admission within Neighbourhood
(1) Out of the total registered applications, the admission shall first be offered to all
siblings under general category.
(2) The school then segregate the applications having residence within the first neighbourhood
range upto 0-5 Kilometers.
(3) After exhausting sibling applications, the school shall admit the students on the basis
of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighborhood
range upto 0-5 kilometers.
(4) In case the total applications upto 0-5 kilometers are less than the number of seats of
General Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications
from the distance range upto 0-5 kilometers, the applications from the second distance
range of neighbourhood above 5 & upto 8 kilometers shall be considered in the above
manner through draw of lots.

Registration Process

• The forms can be filled online & may also be obtained from the school reception at a payment of Rs.25/- as registration charges.
• Kindly ensure that you collect receipt & acknowledgement for the registration form & fee paid.
• li> Registration Forms enclosed with the listed documents to be submitted at the reception within the stipulated dates.
• Incomplete registration form will be rejected.

List of Documents to be enclosed with the Registration Form

• Recent coloured passport size photograph of the Child, mother and father duly pasted on the form in the space provided.
• Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
• Self Attested Residence Proof and photo ID of the Parent (Voter Identity card and Aadhar Card) of parent and the child also.
• Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card of the child & his/her Parents.
• Domicile Certificate of the child or of his/her Parents.
• Self attested copy of Id-Card or latest Fee Receipt of BCS Sibling

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form

• Parents should read the instruction carefully before filling in the Registration Form to avoid rejection.
• In case of Offline Application, the form should be filled by the parent in their own handwriting using Blue /Black Colour Pen. Fill up the required information in Capital Letters.
• Parent should fill in each entry of the form and should write NA for those entries which are not applicable. Kindly do not leave any entry blank.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted / entertained. No amendment in the entries in Registration Form will be acceptable.
• Please enclose the required Attested / Self Attested documents along with the Registration Form as per mentioned list. Tick enclosed document in the list and fill the number of total enclosed documents.
• Parents may attach extra sheet of paper as annexure (if required).

Note:

• Filling and submission of the Registration Form does not confirm and guarantee candidate's Admission to the school.
• Discrepancy in information in Registration Form & Documents provided at the time of Admission will lend to rejection of application for admission.

Admission Procedure
Admission Schedule 2019-20 Forms will be issued on 15th December, 2018. Forms need to be
submitted by 07th Jan, 2019. Uploading of marks (as per points system) by 28th Jan, 2019. First List of
selected applicants on 04th Feb, 2019. Resolution of queries of parents, regarding allotment of points to
their wards in the first list from 05th Feb 2019 to 12th Feb, 2019. Second List of selected applicants on
21th Feb, 2019. Resolution of Closing of Enrollment procedure on 31st March, 2019.
Higher Class Procedure
Admission is a matter of availability of seats in the desired class. The Students seeking admission to the
school must apply on a prescribed form, available at the School Reception.

Copy of Certificate of Birth. Copy of Id evidence. Copy of Income Certificate. Copy of Caste Certificate.
