You can get from kid's paediatrician or even MCD Primary health centre doctors. They will know the format and they will write in their letter head.

Lathaaji, My daughter is not here in Delhi, right now visiting her grandparents. Can we get the certificate from the hospital in hometown Lucknow where she was born. Do schools need one from Delhi only? Kindly guide.

@Amit, There is no specific format for the same. Just go to doctor to whom you are regularly consulting for vaccination of your child and ask for medical certificate. It is accepted by all schools.

In addition to that you can also attach the copy of vaccination card of your child.

Anyone's kid studied in Max Fort, please provide review for school. Bal Bhavan says no school transport, is there any alternate arrangement there like outside transport? Please reply.

Lathaaji, I called Bal Bhavan Reception and they told that school does not have their own transport but there is arrangement of private transport. Do you think it is okay to apply ?

First of all Thanks a lot for being there and helping us out. 

Now, my question is, Ramjas School, Anand Parvat and Ramjas school, Anand Parvat Day boarding is two different schools? I am confused as both addresses are same. If yes, then which one better? And, what day boarding means?

Hi Poonam,

Yes, these are Two different schools, with different campuses.

Difference is just that one is day boarding  and other is not. 

And, concept of day boarding school meant to provide a holistic environment to children of working parents. 

Also, if you are planning to fill admission forms for these schools you can do it through Online registration from their respective websites.

PS: RAMJAS day boarding is accepting registration amount in cash along with form and supporting documents but for Ramjas (Non-Day boarding) they want Pay order / DD of Rs.25/- for details refer to their respective websites.

Can we get Medical Certificate generated from hometown family doctor, or is it required to be from Delhi only. Please confirm me.

Medical fitness certificate needs to be certified from an MBBS Doctor, place don't matter much here.
Also, some schools are accepting self attested Vaccination records. Keep it updated.
