Do we need to submit completed application form at school along with documents. I have got the registration number but they have not taken the registration fee yet.

In pursuance to the Director of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi Order No F/DE15(172)/PSB/2016/21112 dated 19/12/2017 the following criteria has been laid down for admission to Pre-School Class in the school for the year 2018-19.

Criteria for Selection

Registration forms shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from Wednesday, 27.12.2017 between 08:30 a.m. to 2:00 noon on payment of Rs.25/- only. 

The filled in Registration forms should be deposited at the reception of the school between 08:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on all working days. The last date for deposition of application form for registration shall be Wednesday, 17/01/2018 upto 02:00 p.m.

Online Registration 

Parents can also Register Online, However the filled in Registration Form along with Rs. 25/- and the required necessary documents must compulsorily be submitted at the reception of the school between 08:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. on all working days. The last date for deposit of application form for registration shall be 17/01/2018 upto 02:00 p.m. 

(Online Registration is not mandatory)

Self attested photocopy of the computerized birth certificate issued by the competent authority. 

Self attested copy of: Documents valid as proof of Address 

• Ration card/ Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child).
• Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents.
• Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

Admission

The admission shall be fair, reasonable, well defined, equitable, non-discriminatory, unambiguous and transparent by the admission committee under the Chairmanship of the Head of School. 

No interview or interaction shall be held with the candidates or parents.
