Blue Bells

This is with reference to the admission criteria for the session 2018-2019.
According to the criteria, 20 points have been allocated to the siblings of children
already studying in the school and 20 point for Alumni. It is clarified that the
benefit of the respective points, i.e. for sibling and for Alumni category,
is restricted to only two children.

Bluebells instructions for filling app

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ADMISSION FORM
1. For filling form online:
a.First you have to create an account by clicking on New user button below
b.After creating an account an activation link will be sent to your registered
mail id for your account verification.
c.Click on the activation link received in the mail to activate account.
d. Once your account is activated then you can login to your account by
clicking on login button below or click here to login on verification page.
e.Your registered mail id will be treated as your login id.
f. If you have already created an account and activated it then directly click
on login button.
g. After login to your account click on Fill Admission Form button to fill the form.
h. If you have already submitted any form, it will be shown there and you will be
able to update it by clicking on update button until receipt of Rs
25/- is generated.
i. After completing the online submission process, printout of the form
has to be submitted to the school with Rs 25/- cash.
j. Once your receipt is generated and registration of the form is done you will not be
able to update any further information. In case the receipt generated by school gets
misplaced by you, it can be downloaded from your account by clicking on receipt
button .
k. You can download form from your account by clicking on pdf download button
.
l. You can also upload your supporting documents from your account by
clicking on upload button .
2. All enabled field marked with a *(red asterisk) are compulsory to be filled. In
case, the data cannot be filled or is not available please specify N/A in that field.
Aadhar no. of the applicant child must be provided at the time of registration /
admission.
3. In case of parent type (parents) mother mobile no and email id are optional.
4. Recommended and tested browsers are Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explore
7, MozillaFireFox.
5. Please verify filled entries before final submission.
6. Online submission does not mean Registration of application.Please follow
the steps below to complete the registration process.
Take a printout of the filled form and submit the same at the school with following to
complete registration:
a. Rs. 25/- in cash as registration fee by 22nd Jan, 2016 between 8:30 AM to 10:30
AM.
b.A self attested copy of :
i. Birth certificate of the child
ii. Residence proof
iii. Proof of alumni (pass out certificate etc.)
The form with above documents and registration fee should be deposited by the
parents/ guardians themselves by the closing date and time. All the documents shall be
verified while accepting the form.
THE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE ONLY AFTER COMPLIANCE OF ABOVE
REQUIREMENTS.
7. In the column of parent’s information, in case mother is HOME MAKER
(Housewife), occupation should be shown as HOME MAKER.
8. Parents are requested to upload photograph of child, father, and mother/guardian.
9. In case applicant is not able to upload the photographs, they should paste
the photograph on print-out of online application form.
10.Issue of registration fee receipt is acknowledgement of registration of the child.
11.Registration does not guarantee admission.
12. Please check school website regularly for further updates. The School cannot inform
Parents individually.
13.THE INFORMATION SOUGHT IN THE REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR
STATISTICAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS HAS NO BEARING

Hi,

The list of bluebells is uploaded on DOE website but my child's name is not there. Same is with Birla Vidya Niketan and Tagore International. 

Is this the final list uploaded by schools or they are going to add more names to this?

These are incomplete lists being uploaded by schools randomly and would be updated by 1st Feb.

Don't panic many parents don't have child name in any school.

Wait till 1 Feb.
