Following documents needs to be attached while form submission:
1. Self attested Birth certificate
2. Aadhar card copy Father/Mother
3. Voter I card Father / Mother
4. Sibling in the same school (if applicable)
5. Demand Draft of ₹25/-

IMPORTANT ADVISORY FOR TAGORE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (BOTH BRANCHES):

For all those parents who want to submit application in Tagore International East of Kailash and/or Vasant Vihar, please note, they are asking for a latest address proof and atleast 1 year old address/ID proof.

For latest address proof, they are asking for any utility bill for December 2017. UIDAI of child made in December 2017 will also suffice.

For atleast 1 year old proof, any ID proof and utility bill (mentioned in guidelines) issued in November/December 2016 or older will suffice.

In my opinion, along with December 2017 bill, also attach a November/December 2016 or older bill along with your ID proof.

We had attached my husband's 2011 EPIC, 2013 UIDAI and December 2017 Mobile Postpaid bill. Also attached was my 2013 UIDAI & 2014 EPIC.

Many parents were making mistake despite visiting the school 2-3 times and the staff was not accepting their forms still.

The school staff is very peculiar with the documents submitted and check each and everything. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For First Born Child, it is advised to enclosed a PHOTOCOPY of Notarized First Born Affidavit.

All documents are to be self attested.

A WORD OF CAUTION :

Be ready to stand for atleast 1-2 hours in line in EOK. My husband had to stand for 1.5 hours in cold along with other parents in the queue. Out of 6 forms, he could only submit 3 forms.

We are yet to visit VV branch of the school.

So it would be better if you submit forms that you have of other schools in the area and go there last. Entry is last by 12 PM and counter will remain open for all those in the premises of the school.

There is a major state of confusion when it comes to the submission of Physical forms. Me and my have experienced a lot of pain while submitting the applications. Many schools are seeking the physical submission but when you go for the submission, they refuse to accept. Please, I request all the panelists/parents to post the real time status about the physical submissions and oblige. Every effort will be highly appreciated

Any area in and around south Delhi. It's a big pain when you run to the schools for the submission and they refuse by saying that it's not required

Hi, can completely empathize with you.

But I am sorry, I don't have any idea regarding South Delhi schools as I am residing in West Delhi.

I suggest you to post this query in the group specifically for "South Delhi Schools".

Also, go through the school websites and before visiting schools contact them via phone, I am sure it will save your time.

Thanks for your empathy. Problem is that some schools have clearly mentioned about the physical submission even on their website, but when you call them they decline. Since nursery admission is very crucial and we all have our own set of school preferences, you still cant bank on the telephonic enquiries done with the school. Trust me I have filled in the application for 40 schools so far irrespective of the distance because i dont know if my kid is going to get through out of the top 10-15 schools nearby/in the reasonable vicinity to my home. It happened with me in the case of Amrita Vidyalayam. I called up the school and they said that physical submission is needed but when I reached there, they told me that it is not needed. So you know schools are creating confusion. Their parameters differ from what they have mentioned on their website. Just imagine 40 schools and confusion in parent's mind...

Same happened with me for Ambience School. On phone they said to submit physical form and when I reached their they said it is not required.

Hi Sakshi, I had a query. I had applied for my son's aadhar and completed all the forms using the enrollment id. Now that his aadhar number has been generated,

1) should I rewrite those forms stating the aadhar number or

2) simply attach the aadhar number printout to the existing forms?

Please suggest.

I haven't submitted them yet, but was planning to submit them tomorrow.
