1. Age : Minimum 3 Years as on 31 March 2018.

2. For General Category Candidates

• Application forms will be available online between Wednesday, 27 December 2017 and Wednesday, 17 January 2018 at www.dpsrohini.com.
• The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a non-refundable application fee of INR 25/- should be submitted online latest by 5:00 P.M Wednesday,17 January 2018.
• Please keep the print of the Application Form received after filling the Application Form for future reference.
• Please go through the instructions and FAQs (CLICK HERE) carefully before filling the Application Form.

The following schedule will be observed for Entry Level Class Nursery Admissions 2018-2019 for Delhi Public School, Rohini.

Commencement of Online Registration	Wednesday, 27 December 2017
Last date of submission of application form in schools	Wednesday, 17 January 2018
Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under Open Seats	Upto Thursday, 1 February 2018
Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats	Upto Thursday, 08 February 2018
The date for displaying the first list of selected candidates (including Waiting List) (along with marks allotted under Point System)	Thursday, 15 February 2018
Resolution of queries of parents, if any, (by email) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list	Friday, 16 February 2018 - Tuesday, 20 February 2018
The date for displaying the second list of selected candidates, if any (including Waiting List)	Wednesday, 28 February 2018
Resolution of queries of parents, if any, (by email) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the Second list	Thursday, 01 March 2018- Wednesday, 07 March 2018
Subsequent list of admission, if any	Thursday, 15 March 2018

Explanation:

NEIGHBOURHOOD

• Localities and areas based on aerial distance up to 15 Kms will be calculated by the link mentioned in the online application form.

SIBLING

• Real brother or sister of existing students of DPS Rohini will be considered.

DPS Alumni

• • DPS Alumni of Core Schools of DPS Society

Single Parent

• Only widow/widower parent will be considered for single parent.

First Born

• Affidavit of parents with regard to first born Male Child.

Girl Child

• No document required since the girl child will automatically be eligible for these points.

Kindly Note:

• Due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply. The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school. If the number of applications received exceeds the number of available seats in the General category, the school will conduct a Draw of Lots.
• Twins should be applied for separately.
• Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Since limited transport facilities are available on specific routes, admission will not automatically ensure a seat in the school bus. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover there is no provision for using 2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon. Kindly note that Infant School bus routes are limited, and different from the Senior School bus routes.
• It is the responsibility of the parent to clarify school transport related details before initiating the admission process.
• List of short listed candidates will be put up online.
• All relevant documents will be verified before the display of lists. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies.
• Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.

Instructions for Filling up the Online form:

1. 1. This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
   2. Please fill in each column of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.
   3. Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use TAB KEY or mouse control for the same.
   4. Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page.
   5. Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:

      •  Residence Proof - (any one) - Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents, Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents, Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card issued in the name of the parents.
      •  Proof of Sibling(s) (ID Card of Sibling [2017-18])
      •  Alumini Proof of father and mother (School leaving Certificate/ Marksheet).
      •  Single Parent proof.
      •  Affidavit/ Declaration of First Born Male Child. Click Here to download the format

Your credit card/ debit card / other banking details. The cost of Application Form is INR 25/-. The form shall be considered for further admission process, only after successful payment of                  Application Fee.
C.

1.    A stable internet connection.
2. Only JPEG format can be uploaded for scanned copy of photograph.
3. After completing the Application Form, click on the I Agree button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee. The application shall be considered only after the successful payment of non-refundable application fee.
4. Immediately after the payment, an application number will be generated and an acknowledgement E-mail containing the preview of the submitted application form will reach your Email-Id. An SMS will also be sent on the mobile number mentioned by you in the Application Form.
5. In case of any discrepancy, kindly write an E-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Mails regarding this will not be entertained after 12 Noon Wednesday, 17 January 2018. Queries at any other E-mail Id will not be accepted.
6. Queries mailed to the Email-Id will be responded to within 2 working days.
7. No change will be entertained by the school after the submission of the form.
8. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.

Application Procedure At A Glance

Step 1: Fill in the application form.
Step 2: Upload scanned copies of relevant documents.
Step 3: Click on I Agree button for Online payment of Application Fee.

Step 4: Generation of ‘Application Number’ after successful payment .
Step 5: Note the Application Number for future reference.
Step 6: The filled form will be sent to your email id. Please take a print of the same for future reference.

Hi,

For DPS Rohini

They have mentioned 40 points for aerial distance upto 15 Kms on neighbourhood criteria.

But will all areas within 15 Kms aerial distance will get 40 points?

Oris there a breakup like 0-8Km / 8-12Km / 12-15 Kms

Please clarify.

It is advisable to go through the list of points before Draw of Lots i.e. 12 February 2018 as it will not be possible to change the points after the Draw of Lots.

• • Draw of Lots for General Category (Open Seats) will be held on Monday, 12 February 2018 at 11:15 am.
  • Draw of Lots will be held for 3 categories (separately) i.e., 55 points, 50 points and 45 points.

Kindly Note:

• 1. Considering the space constraint, only one parent will be allowed to enter.
  2. The applicants' parent should carry a valid photo Id.(Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, Voter Id Card, etc.).
  3. Gates will open for parents at 11:05 am.
• The Provisional list of selected candidates (including Waiting List) (along with marks allotted under point system) will be uploaded by Thursday, 15 February 2018.

It is advisable to go through the list of points before Draw of Lots i.e. 12 February 2018 as it will not be possible to change the points after the Draw of Lots.
