v) Display of 1st list of selected children with first wait list : 15

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE
REGISTRATION FORM
Indraprastha INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA welcomes you to the Pre-School registration
process for the academic session 2018-19.
1. Class : Pre-School
2. Age Eligibility : 3yrs + and less than 4 yrs as on 31st March 2018.
3. The online registrations would start from Wednesday, 27th December, 2017 from 7.00 a.m. onwards.
4. The last date to register online is 17th January, 2018 by 2.00 p.m. (Registration Form is also
available at the school reception.)
GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE FORM
1. This is an electronic registration form. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the
form to avoid rejection.
2. Please fill in each entry of the form and write N/A for those entries, which are not applicable to
you. Please do not leave any column blank.
3. After filling in the registration form, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button to register it.
4. A temporary registration number will be generated with a print button. Please take a print out of
the filled form.
5. A printed copy of the form (along with the requisite documents) must be submitted at the school
on any working day from 27th December 2017 to 17th January 2018 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00
p.m. along with the CASH/ PAY ORDER/ DEMAND DRAFT (registration fee) of Rs. 25/- in
favour of ‘INDRAPRASTHA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DWARKA’ payable at New Delhi.
6. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill in more than one form for one child.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Incomplete Registration Form will be rejected without any communication.
2. Please submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with the form:
a. Birth Certificate of the child with name.
b. Child’s Aadhaar Card or Application slip of Aadhaar Card.
c. ID proof of both the Parents.
d. Proof of residence.(as per guidelines of Directorate of Education)
e. Inoculation (Vaccination)/ Medical fitness certificate of the applicant issued by a registered
doctor.
f. Proof of SC/ST/OBC, if applicable
g. School Leaving Certificate of parents from the same school to avail alumni points.
3. Please submit the documentary proof of the following, if applicable.
a. Photocopy of Report card of the elder child, issued by this school for sibling consideration.
4. Incase of Single parent, please provide relevant document.
Please note that due to limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply.

DRAW OF LOTS (GENERAL CATEGORY) FOR ADMISSION TO
CLASS PRE SCHOOL FOR SESSION 2018 – 19
Thank you very much for the overwhelming response to the Pre-School
Admission Process 2018 – 19.
This is to inform all the concerned parents that draw of lots for general
open seats on the subject mentioned above will be held on Friday,
February 9, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the school premises.
The list of the candidates eligible for the draw of lots includes all
applicants registered under general category and have been allotted
55 points (on the basis of admission criteria) and all sibling applicants.
The successful candidates of the sibling category will not be considered
for the draw of lots of General category.
Entry is restricted to only those holding registration slip along with
photo ID proof.

Hi Lathaa

my daughter's name is on the list of students who secured 55 points or more.. and I just read that a draw took place today..can u pls let me know if the list of name of students selected in this draw is out? Also, is it that they have only considered name of those students whose parents were available in school premises at time of draw?

No idea,1700 schools under doe only.

Not much chance Abhinav, it is One of the most popular school in this area. Chances of withdrawal are very less. 

And if you look at the no. Of Candidates in the Waiting list hardly 20. This shows that School know about the dropout rate.

I won't say that :)

You have two options; either you can hope that all the selected candidates gets selected again in a school better than this. Or, you can hope your ward gets selected for a better school. :) 

At least you have better chance as compared to Rejected Candidates.
