Important Note:-
1. Admission shall first be offered to candidates residing within the radius of 8 km of the
school.
2. In case the vacancy remains unfilled, candidates residing within 8 to 10 km of the
school shall be admitted.
Process of Admission within Neighbourhood
(1) The school shall first segregate the applications having residence within the first
neighbourhood range of 0-8 km.
(2) Out of the total applications from the first neighbourhood range of 0-8 km, the school
shall first give admission to all siblings.
(3) If the applications of sibling category, in neighbourhood range of 0-8 km are in excess
of the seats of General Category, the draw of lots of all sibling applications (which
have residence within 8 km), shall be conducted to admit the students against the
number of available seats.
(4) If the applications of sibling category within 0-8 km are less than the seats of General
Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting sibling applications, the
school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining
applications received under the neighborhood range of 0-8 km.
(5) In case the total applications of 0-8 km is less than the number of seats of General
Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from
the distance range of 0-8 km, the applications from the second distance range of
neighbourhood of 8-10 kms shall be considered in the above manner through draw of
lots.

1. The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No corrections will be allowed later on.

2. It is mandatory to fill all fields which are marked (*) in red. If any field does not applicable for you, please write NA (Not Applicable).

3. An incomplete registration form will automatically be rejected.

4. After completing the form, click on 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number, USER ID & PASSWORD for further correspondence.

5. You will receive SMS also as an acknowledgement with reference number, USER ID and PASSWORD for further correspondence.

6. The USER ID & PASSWORD should be preserved by the parent to check the online admission status of the applicant.

7. Take a print out of the Form through Print Form option and Acknowledgement Receipt. You would require quoting the reference number for all future correspondence with the school.

8. Admission Criteria & Basic Point System
a. 75% of the seats will be filled against General category and separate 100 points scale will be calculated on the similar
guidelines as stated below.

9. Age Criteria for Pre-school: - The child should have completed 3 years before 31st March, 2018.
10. Admission fee for form Rs. 25
11. Required Documents for General Category
a. Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
b. Aadhaar Card of the child
c. Regarding documents valid as a proof of residence address (any one of the following)
Some of the indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child (anyone)
 Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
 Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
 Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of parent.
 Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of parents of child.
 Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
d. Self-declaration of girl child.
e. School identity card of sibling studying in this school or copy of fee receipt.
f. Passport size photograph of the child and parents.
g. Special need/ disability certificate issued by competent authority.

What is the form submission procedure (hard copy or online) for Vanasthali Public School, preet Vihar. I could not find any notification regarding the same.
